Our family of 5 (kids 7, 5, and 3) was very comfortable in this tiny home. It was a great home base for our vacation, enjoying both the National Park and tourist activities in Pigeon Forge. If you like a slower pace and less glitzy tourist traps, be sure to check out the shops and restaurants in Wears Valley & nearby Townsend.
One note - if you have small children, you may consider bringing outlet safety covers. My kids typically leave electrical outlets alone, but there was one in the bunk where my 3 yo slept, and one right next to the head of a loft bed, and I was a little nervous that they'd get curious and electrocuted. We covered them with some medical tape we had on hand and removed before our departure.
All told, it was a great value and a comfortable stay that sure beat hotel rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the covered porch as well!
