Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Davis. The proximity to Dollywood and the Convention Center, the walking trail along the river, and local restaurants made this the ideal location for our needs.The kitchen had all the basics and plenty of flatware, coffee cups and wine glasses. We loved the open, large gathering spaces and the rocking chair front porch! Pinchy's is right next door but we had no problem with noise inside the home. Bring extra TP and trashbags. Parking was not a problem in the designated spaces and on the street.A quick rundown of the layout of the house as of April 2026:Downstairs: kitchen, large living space. First Bedroom (2 queens) with ensuite bathroom that also opens to kitchen area. Second (king) and third (2 single bunks) bedroom share (Jack/Jill) a handicap accessible bath that has 2 sinks. The sinks are automatic and the shower area is much like a European/locker room shower area that drains to a central area without shower curtain or a demarcated area.Upstairs: 1st Bedroom (2 single over double bunks) with private ensuite, 2nd bedroom with King and private ensuite. Then 3rd (king) and 4th (2 queens) bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks. And 5th (king) and 6th (2 queens) bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks.
