We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in the bunk house. Just the right size for a short stay and our family of six. Very clean and quaint, plan on reserving in the future.
Location was great, cabin was great no major complaints. Only thing cabin was a bit dusty but hey itâs a cabin in the mountains. We loved our way will definitely be back and look forward to checking out some of the other cabins in the area from the host.
We did not know that this was at an RV park that also has some small units. This did not turn out to be a problem, was very quiet and nice view. We stayed for 1 week. Also liked the location as it was not terribly busy but had a nice variety of shops and restaurants close. Also, convenient location to cades cove entrance to national park. We would stay agin
We loved the area! Very family friendly. Everything in the home was in order and working. We loved it and would totally recommend this to friends and family!
Loved this âglampingâ experience. Loved the tiny house and location. Had the basic necessities and the perfect people to accompany me.
10/10 recommend! Hope we get to come back.
Nice, couch is not very nice, shower curtain was gross, need more than two trash bags for a tiny trash can you are emptying it quite often. Also half used roll of toilet paper and no new roll was not very nice. But would stay here again. Also dont advertise like there are horses and then only have statues in the pen.
We were there for my son to play football in Gatlinburg. Such an adorable place to stay! The two sets of bunk beds was great for any typical kid , but was snug for my 6â 220lb 15 year old. He slept on the couch without issue. The entire place was spotless except for the shower curtain, and that is my only negative about this entire place. It could have been an oversight. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful , and beautiful get away!
Great setting with the mountains in the background. Very quiet and friendly RV park. This little bunk house was perfect for my family. We will stay again if we make it back to Tennessee.
Pros: Had a great time. The park was secluded enough but within 10-15min from the main strip where everything is.
Cons: we lost two of our game board pieces under the porch. Since they would have to unscrew the wood pieces to get to under the porch, they office would not allow the maintenance to get it for us. Also though there was an AC , on the hot days it did not cool off the house enough.
Overall a nice property and I would stay again.
Everything was good! Just a few tiny but minor things that could be better. Cob webs, limited seating for any party more than 3, small hot water heater and slow to get water warm again. Other than those minor thingsâŠour stay was great and we would stay again.
The Bunk House cabin was great and had everything we needed for our week away. It was conveniently located close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Tenn. All the folks were super nice.
It was a nice place and close to Pigeon forge and Townsend. The only bad thing about the place was cabinets in bedroom off the hinges and AC leaked on couch. Called desk but was never told it was worked on or fixed. Thank goodness it was nice outside and the bedroom AC worked. One more thing you get a starter pack two rolls of toilet paper and 2 little trash bags which isnât enough if you stay for a week. Other than that it was what we needed for a week vacation in the smokies. .
We stayed 9 nights in the bunk House. Prior reviews mentioned dust build up on the fans. Both the fans and a few blinds were caked with dust. We didnât even turn them on. The couch is in need of replacement, you sink into it. We brought our parade chairs and set them up in the living room, otherwise there is no place to sit that has a back. The pub height table didnât work for us as I had to lift my GD to sit on it and with no back had to stand up next to her. The main bed was very comfy, hubby and I both slept like rocks. The room with the bunks was very hot. Loved the washer/dryer and loved the area. Close to many attractions.. If you like to read in bed, bring a night lamp as there isnt one. Also a fan for the bunk room. There is only 1 towel bar and this sleeps 6 total so hooks would be helpful. We loved the area and experience so much, that we would absolutely return, but would choose a different model that works for us. Thank you April at Cove mountain for all your suggestions on area places to go. It was a pleasure speaking with you. We hope to see you next year.
Check-in was super easy using the hospitality app. Office staff was extremely nice when we lost our free pancake coupon. We were given another coupon and enjoyed our pancakes in Pigeon Forge. Cabin bunks had hair/eyelashes on sheets, ceiling fan blades were dirty, cobwebs in corners of floor and ceiling, bunk room gets really hot with door closed, not enough room for 4 people to comfortably watch a movie together in living room. Check-out was super easy using hospitality app.
Everything was as expected except the pictures showed a pool. We were under the impression the pool was on site. As it turned out, in order to visit the pool,we would have to travel several miles to another facility.
