Beautiful hotel! The staff was absolutely wonderful, kind, friendly, and patient. We were offered an upgrade on our room for a discount and it was well worth it, the room was gorgeous and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delightful, the restaurant was marvelous and we enjoyed every moment.

I wish I could report a satisfying experience in our Junior Suite, but the on site staff has little interest in creating an environment of customer service. The front desk only wants to take your credit card, other services are dealt with by email. Most disappointing was the staff failing completely on a service request they called “easy”. Promises made, but the front desk seemed to entirely disinterested in fulfilling them whatsoever. We left Only You frustrated, we won’t be back.
