Double-height duplex apartment with 1-bedroom and a private terrace with Cathedral views. It is centrally located on calle Conde de Ibarra, a quiet street in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, just a short walk from Seville's main attractions and sights.

The bright, open rooms are designed in a loft style layout - without doors. The high, wood-beamed ceilings enhance the sense of space and comfort. With wooden and terracotta flooring and original artwork. Air-conditioning, heating and free wi-fi internet access 4G.

On the lower floor is the living-dining area. Furnishings include a sofa, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. The kitchen is small but well equipped for self-catering. With cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The washing machine is in a small room on the roof-terrace.

Bathroom with washbasin, WC and a walk-in shower.

On the upper level, raised on a wooden platform, is the bedroom with a double bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) and a large wardrobe. A door opens on to the private terrace with unique views of the Cathedral. The terrace, from where you can enjoy the sunset, faces south-west.

There is an additional outdoor space next to the apartment entrance - which is shared but rarely used by the residents in the building. Both outside areas are furnished with tables and chairs.

TERRACES
The lower, half private outdoor area is, due to its proximity to the kitchen, ideal to have a meal. The upper, private terrace, has better views, to chill and enjoy a glass of wine.

STAIRS
This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building, without elevator. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment is lovely with two sunny terraces and good equipment. It is “attica” so do not go here if you don’t fancy 70+ stair-steps up to the bedroom loft and no lift. As in other reviews, the 4 keys are a nightmare if not fully explained to you. In our case we were ‘locked out’ one night because the operation of the second lock on the main door was not properly explained by the owners agent. We had to call them at 2300 to avoid the (very understandably) angry neighbours calling the police to sort the stupid tourists trying to enter the rental. All this quite ruined our Sevilla stay and we were very unhappy visitors to this apartment. Do not go here unless the owners greet you personally, not agents who do not care, and explain everything in language you can fully comprehend!

Excellent location, fantastic views

We have just enjoyed 8 nights in this wonderfully located rooftop apartment. The views from both terraces are fantastic, but especially good is watching the sun set from the private upper terrace. The Cathederal and Tower turn gold. This apartment is very well located for exploring the city. 4 minutes walk will get you to the good areas to eat and drink and stroll to the main attractions. Very well appointed inside. An excellent choice for enjoying Seville. The Veo apartment staff were very helpful during our stay and allowed us to leave our bags in the office on the last day. Thank you to Paula and Esther, we will definitely be back.

Excellent location, wonderful views

Jesus and Sandra were very welcoming. The apartment has everything you need. It is perfect for two. The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the city on foot. We loved the rooftop. We had great weather and it's very peaceful up there and a real sun trap. The view is amazing and as we got to know the city, we enjoyed identifying the landmarks. It might be helpful to have a folder or book with instructions, maybe including directions to the big supermarket a short walk away, the pharmacy and so on...things it would be helpful to know quickly when you are there just for a few days. The only annoyance was the shower. I think the price of being on the top floor is that the water pressure isn't very good. But I'd sacrifice that again for the lovely rooftop!

Ruhig und ideal gelegen (10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Kathedrale). Gute eingerichtet und traumhafter Ausblick vom oberen Balkon auf die Altstadt von Sevilla. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Bien situé, dommage pour le chauffage et l'eau chaude du premier jour, pas de pression dans la douche et une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. Les entrée depuis le bas de l immeuble sont lourds et les clefs fonctionnent mal. On aurait aimé rencontré les propriétaires. Point positif les deux terrasses.

Séville est une ville splendide avec des monuments immanquables comme l'Alcazar, la place d'Espagne et la cathédrale mais regorge également de ruelles où il fait bon de se perdre et de flâner.

Great appartement in great location!

We've had a wonderful week in Seville! The appartement is located in the center. Most of the Must-See points of interest are within 5-10 minutes away (by foot). As the appartement is in the 4th floor you'll have a great view above the city. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and everything was clean. We definitly recommend it!
