In the neighborhood, you'll find countless typical Spanish bars and restaurants, as well as Latin American, African, and Chinese cuisine. You'll be amazed by the neighborhood's vibrant atmosphere and variety.
This completely renovated studio is located in a very quiet, pedestrian-only area. It's very bright and offers all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. You'll be very close to the center of Seville, both by public transport and taxi. Free parking is available in the area. The studio offers all the necessary amenities (Wi-Fi, Smart TV, AC, hot and cold air conditioning, and is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and utensils). Towels, sheets, toilet paper, toiletries, and cleaning products are provided.
The area has all the necessary services: a health center, pharmacy, ATM, food market, bakery, hardware store, old grocery stores, bars, and restaurants.
The apartment is located in a quiet building with eight apartments. Ours is on the ground floor. The building is characterized by tranquility and independence, as well as easy access.
