Convenient hotel

Hotel was ok. Closs from a metro station and right next to a bank for exchange. The staff was nice but limited with the English. The bad thing was the slow internet and no international calls from the room. Nice breakfast buffet.

Not bad for the price but wouldn't stay again

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. She didn't acknowledge us when we came to check in. Also, spoke very limited English. The hotel room was spacious, but had a bad smell - I had to leave the windows open to air out the room for several hours. There were fingerprints on my bathroom door, there was small trash in my shower, and I found some stains and hair on my sheets. It wasn't bad considering the price, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Terrible experience with front desk staff

Got in at 11 pm from a long day and requested a room as I had completed my reservation through Hotels.com. The front desk staff mentioned she could not locate my reservation. I asked that she should perhaps contact Hotels.com and clarify as the room was confirmed and paid--I showed her the email on my mobile. She did not proceed to contact Hotels.com and suggested I do that myself. She mentioned there was nothing she could do and did not offer a room. After about an hour of back and forth, she finally offered a smoking room as there were no non-smoking rooms available anymore (I had booked a non-smoking room). In the morning the next day, I contacted the front desk and they mentioned they were finally able to locate my reservation. At no time did the hotel offer an apology or any other compensation for the 1 h argument I had to go through in order to obtain a room I had paid for, or to alleviate the fact that I was put in a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. Front desk staff cannot communicate in English. Hotel is OK, but not clean. The carpet is in serious need of replacing (stains everywhere) and the room/hotel smelled strongly of smoke. Would not stay here again.

Nice hotel and nicer location

SHCH is a good hotel. Decorated with modern decor and nice staff. Good breakfast. Modern room with very comfy bed and big bathroom decorated with marble. Even better, it's about 50 meters from the South Xizang Rd Metro stop. I was able to get to both Pudong and Shanghai airports from here in about 45-60 mins. Getting to the Bund was about 20 mins. I'd stay here again. My only small gripe is WiFi is only in the main lobby. Other than that very good hotel.

Budget hotel

The hotel staff is somehow inexperienced we let them swipe our card for authorization for deposit and they asked us to sign the slip. I told them that why are we going to sign the slip when the hotel is already paid through expedia and it is for authorization only, they talked it about themselves before they allowed us not to sign the slip. The room is ok considering the price. But the furniture of the room is a bit dusty. The beddings seems clean. The comfort room is nice. We asked for a non smoking room but we can still smell the remnants of smoke though tolerable. Breakfast is edible but not hot enough. Considering the cold weather. And they don't refill the food. So if you're late you don't have much options that is unless you're just fine with the egg station. They have wired internet connection in the room so far the speed of the connection is ok. One of the advantage of this hotel is its location beside the mrt station.

Satisfactory

The overall stay was satisfactory except for some minor hiccups. The front desk staff was less than conversant in English and the housekeeping required reminders before delivering the ironing board. The room was cozy enough apart from having no window. The location of the hotel is set amidst residential buildings, thus there's nothing much interesting around the neighbourhood. However, it's only 2 minutes' away from the subway which is really convenient.

値段にしては部屋は快適

中華藝術宮にある会場でのライブに参加するためこちらのホテルにしました。駅からはほんとに近くて、5番出口を出てすぐにわかったし、いつでも地下鉄を使って行動できたのでとても便利でした。部屋には窓はなかったけど、清潔で広々していて、シャワーの温度も水圧もよかったですよ。ただ、ホテルの人は日本語はほぼわからず(英語は大丈夫)朝ごはんは美味しいとは言えませんでしたね…。でもこの値段でなら十分なホテルだと思いました。

Colazione varia per piatti salati, molto scarsa per i dolci.

가격대비 좋아요.

대체로 만족했어요. 시설 아침식사 괜찮았구요. 객실이 좀 건조하고 눈에보인 먼지는 없지만 객실에 공기가 그리 좋지 않았어요. 지하철이 가까워서 이동하기 편리해요.

朝食はGOOD

朝食はおいしいです。しかし、毎日　朝食券をフロントにもらいにいかなければなりません。朝７時以降に行けばコックがいてオムレツ、ワンタンも作ってくれます。フロントは愛想が悪いです。地下鉄の駅から近いので便利です。部屋は煙草臭いですが、これは中国のホテルはどこもいっしょです。

コストパフォーマンスに優れたホテル。 朝食が毎日つき、ペットボトルも無料でつく。 アメニティも日本のビジネスホテルと同等レベルで十分。 タオルはハンドタオル、フェイスタオル、バスタオルが用意されている。 地下鉄駅から近く、空港から7元で初めてでも迷うことなく行けました。 中国のホテルはチェックイン時にデポジットが必要となるため、クレジットカードで対応するのが良いです。 ホテルとは無関係ですが、人民広場を中心に詐欺被害が相次いでいます。 事前にどのような手口で被害に遭っているのか確認してから滞在することを勧めます。

広くて手軽

部屋は広くて清潔です。また、ロケーションも地下鉄の駅に近く便利です。 眺望は必要ないので窓のない部屋を選びましたが、空調が良くなく、空気がこもった感じが気になりました。 また、他の人のコメントにもありますが、チェックアウトの際、部屋の確認をするのに時間がかかりすぎです。 チェックインの時も待たされました。フロントで待つのが嫌な方にはお勧めできません。

ちょうどいい大きさのホテルです。

こじんまりとしたホテルですが、部屋がとても広く、使い勝手が良いホテルだと思います。朝食はまあまあだと思います。 １階のレストランを使いましたが、結構味は良かったです。
