We recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome felt unenthusiastic and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, most of the staff I encountered seemed unfriendly or indifferent, which made even simple requests feel awkward. The food was passable but nothing memorable, average quality at best. As for the rooms, they were outdated. The furniture and decor looked tired, and the overall condition made the stay far less comfortable than I had hoped. With a bit of updating and maintenance, this could be improved significantly. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the combination of unfriendly service, mediocre food, and old rooms made for a disappointing visit. I hope management invests in improvements soon.

The resort was lovely, had everything you needed from small shops to hair dressers and lovely staff. Plenty for kids to do and also for adults. Most staff were lovely especially the staff in the restaurant - a special thanks to youssef. Some front desk staff can be a little more friendlier and smile often. We had issues with very loud noise from the hotel next door with their loud rave music every night, to which management tried their level best to get them to lower the volume. Offered us complimentary Al la carte dinner for our understanding. Wish we stayed a little longer.

The resort is beautiful with a lovely gardens, a beach and big swimming pools. There were plenty of sun beds when we visited in November 2025. The sea is shallow for a long way, with access to deeper swimming areas and the coral reef from the end of the pontoon. The food is of good quality and there’s a great terrace bar with singers in the evening. On the slightly less positive side, the evening beach party and DJ techno music choices were better suited to a different crowd. Overall the quality of the evening entertainment was moderate. The JAZ resort is a collection of hotels, this was not initially clear. We stayed in the JAZ Beach Hotel but originally booked for the JAZ Park Hotel and then changed the booking after receiving an email advising us on the restrictions associated with the slightly less expensive hotel. From what we saw the JAZ Park Hotel had more children’s entertainment and the JAZ Beach Hotel was more geared towards adults although at the Beach Hotel there was a family restaurant we ate in the adults only restaurant. The bed was very hard but our room was a good size. Overall we enjoyed a great holiday.

Staff very attentive and pleasant, hotel and grounds are kept beautiful and very well looked after. Beautiful setting, lovely being able to take a few steps from the hotel and straight onto the beach. Entertainment was very enjoyable. The food was amazing and catered for all tastes, so much to choose from throughout the day. Loved every minute

Pool and grounds were nice but there was a clear difference between the areas of the resort. The beach side was significantly more updated and the front side needs to match. Also, we ended up having three rooms because the first two were either still dirty and smelled, or didn’t even have a large bed for a couple.

The room was clean, resort was really huge with multiple activities and useful facilities (e.g. a free shower room to freshen up after checkout). All the staff members were really courteous and always willing to help (e.g. the kitchen staff patiently explained all the food options available in the buffet to us, as we’re a vegetarian family).
