We had selected “Mountain View” that we are on the first floor could only see the building next to us. It was a bit loud at times. Overall, the room was good and the people were helpful. Right on the water.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, including the front reception team and Amr in catering. The location is brilliant as it is right in the Red Sea with unparalleled views. The hotel has a regular pool, a seawater pool as well as steps down to the sea. It’s at a quiet spot in Naama Bay but only a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was nice quality. The roof terrace is a nice place to have drinks. The only negative was that all the rooms and the hotel as a whole is for smokers.

The Jewel is our favourite place to stay in Sharm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent hot, powerful showers. The views are spectacular, offering uninterrupted panoramas of the Red Sea and Naama Bay. The hotel’s location is perfect for us, as it is right next to the dive boat pontoon—ideal when we’re diving every day. Breakfast is buffet-style and excellent, with made-to-order omelettes, traditional Egyptian breakfast options, and an outstanding selection of pastries. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back in the summer.

Good location next to Naama Bay Sea View - A side of building had good size room and bathroom, the room is alot smaller on the B side of the building Hotel Management tried very hard to fix any issue, however the general staff require better training in hospitality e.g when you tell a guest you will bring them towel in 5 mins, do it. Also in a hot country like Eygpt, upon arrival if you ask guest to wait 10 mins in lobby until the room is prepared, offer water. Mr Ehab was great and tried to fix many things and took onboard the feedback provide. A little staff training in hospitality and this hotel would receive 10/10 from me The matress is one of the worst i have slept on in any 4 star hotel, also when i came with my partner, instead of providing a double bed, we were given 2 single beds joined together after we entered the room, this is common practice in many hotels, but they gave to single duvet /blanks not one double to share, secondly the mattress has something around the edge which felt like wood, so its some what comfortable in the middle but the edges are unbearable, so when you join 2 single beds then the middle of the bed is the worsest place to sleep, so we slept on separate ends of the bed

We love this hotel. Amazing view of the Red Sea. We are in Sharm to scuba dive, great breakfast, comfortable bed and powerful shower is what we need and this hotel is great for all 3. Together with very helpful and friendly staff, huge rooms, salt water pool and sunbathing deck overlooking the Rea Sea. We will see you in December

İskeleden derin denize girmek akvaryum gibi denizde yüzmek için ideal yer.Kumsal sevmeyenler ve sakinlik sevenler tercih edebilir.Kahvaltısı güzel, pizza vs harika. Otel biraz eski ama sahile sıfır.Temiz ve merkezi yerde.

Great experience. The hotel was beautifully located on the seafront. The rooms were big and comfortable, with a great little bathroom and perfect water pressure+temperature (important if you know about tourism in Egypt). The staff was very helpful and mostly professional too. I will come back here and I recommend you do the same!
