Whether you are one or two families, our villa, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 4 work offices, offers you superior comfort, ideal online working conditions and an unforgettable experience!

The space
The well-designed kitchen complete with high-end appliances is situated next to the living room. From the big kitchen island, you can contemplate mount Bromont and the beautifully lit bicycle path, while having your family meals. On the other side of the island, the sitting area is pleasantly arranged next to a beautiful fire place and a TV. The glass cozy room surrounded by large windows overlooking the mount Bromont and everlasting green of the garden, is the perfect place for a quiet breakfast. The main terrace, which can be used for BBQ and family meals during the summer time, is linked to the outdoor luxurious Jacuzzi offering a magnificent view of mount Bromont ski resort illuminated during winter nights.

Each of the 2 bedrooms upstairs is equipped with a TV, an AC a private terrace with gorgeous views of the mount Bromont and the surroundings. The master bedroom has a king size bed is connected with a small walk-in that has plenty of storage space and its own bathroom with a luminotherapy bath. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed is connected with a big walk-in that has plenty of storage space, as well as a laundry corner including washer/dryer with a small fridge. There is 3rd room equipped with a big office table with plug in wall internet connection that serves as a working area. There is a second large bathroom, with 2 sinks, a modern shower with color LED light and French bath.

In the basement there is a family room where you will find many board games and a PlayStation for the enjoyment of all generations, a sofa-bed for a last-minute visitor and a big working table. Additionally, there is a 3th bedroom with 2 bunk beds (double over double and single over single) with a private bathroom.

Outside, a Trampoline and an outdoor fireplace adorn the very large lot of this exceptional property where love and comfort meet together.

Finally, the excellent location allows a multitude of entertainment and sport activities nearby including golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, water slides, aerial park, “outlets” type stores and a whole range of restaurants, bars and cafes, which are only a short drive away.
