This was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at! Clean, quiet and didn't smell weird!
Charming downtown atmosphere.. This one has set a standard!!
Driving down the Main Street of Shenandoah, you wouldnât have realized there was a modern hotel in the century old buildings.
I wasnât impressed with the LED night light built into the hair dryer. Made it very hard to sleep.
I was impressed with the breakfast, cleanliness and safety.
Upon using the jetted tub...a hairball came out of one of the jets...there was paper hearts from someone there previously and there were wrappers from sweets under the recliner that we moved forward to sit in.
Greeted politely. Room was clean and comfortable. Daily service. For a small town hotel I was treated like a real person and not a number. I was greeted with a smile evertime I entered
I was not expecting to stay in a home town place. I was hoping for a Hampton Inn or the like, but choices were limited. The Inn was cute and well decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was provided, which surprised me, but it came in useful. The parking lot was well lit with motion activated lights. Shenandoah is small, but could be a cute getaway for some.
