A haunted hotel room

We were given room 1004 and it is haunted. Our room was blackout and in total darkness for 4 times as the room card flew off to the ground by itself breaking the circuit. It was on the ground each after we placed it back, we immediately request for changing of room and no questions were asked by the front desk.

The hotel has a good location near Hongling metro station and Grand Theater Metro Station. There is a mall nearby and the room is very comfy. We didn't like the smoky smell in the hallways/elevators and that the pool was closed in July 2020.

I loved the hotel, the location (near Grand Theater and Shenzhen Museum), the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast buffet. My only qualm was some cigarette odor in non-smoking room.
