It's disappointing and sad to see plastic cutlery and single use glasses and plates. There was a heavy smell of cigarettes in the room.

The bed was comfortable and clean, but the room smelled of cigarettes. It is a no smoking hotel, but apparently the carpet hadn't been changed since it converted to no smoking. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke enough English that they didn't need to suffer my poor French.
