忘れ物をしたんですが、送料無料で自宅まで送ってくれました。

ホテルに忘れ物をしました。後日電話で確認したところ、忘れたものがあったのですぐに送ってもらえました。それだけでも感謝なのに、送料もホテル負担で、私たちは何も支払いがありませんでした。とっても遠いところから行ったのに感謝です。静岡に行く機会が今後もあると思いますので、また利用したいと思います。とても気に入りました。 朝食とてもおいしかったです。

部屋は広くて綺麗でしたが、かなりタバコ臭かったです。 ベッドに置いたタオルに臭いが移ってしまいました。 タバコを吸う主人が臭いと言うくらい。 エレベーターホールから既に臭いがしてましたので、もう少し臭いをなんとかした方がいいと思いました。 そのほかは言うことありません。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
