Easily fit 10 people comfortably and not feel crowded and has a roll a way bed stored in garage. Porch with two rocking chairs to enjoy Morning coffee. At a dead-end street so doesn't have thru traffic. You are right in town but feel so far away. The property has everything you needed in order to cook in the kitchen. Center of town, walking distance away to play ground, soccer fields, BMX, skatepark and pickle ball. Only 40 min from Sunrise ski resort. Near many restaurants and bars.

DO NOT adjust or tamper with the cameras (only located outside the home) viewing the perimeter.
ABSOLUTELY No SMOKING in the home or garage. Smoke outside! Please make sure all cigarette butts are disposed of in designated areas please.
