We had another great experience with The Horseshoe at Boozier. The only problem was when we booked the room it stated “the room was newly renovated “. The room we were given was definitely not newly renovated. Other than this detail, the stay was good. The makeup mirror in the bathroom did not work when plugged into the wall, I tried plugging into a different outlet without luck. It would be nice if these things were checked before being booked.

Do Not, I repeat Do Not Stay Here!!!!

This was the worst stay I have ever had. I will never stay here again. First I suffer with migrains and had a migrain upon checkin. I went to my room and attempted to lie down. The music from the pool was so loud I could not bare it. After 3 hours I went downstairs and asked to be moved to another room. The Supervisor said shw could move me but I would stll hear the music because it bounces off the walls. This was totally unacceptable. I at least wanted her to day ok, I will walk out and ask them to turn it down a little. She stated the pool closes at 9 and after that I would be ok. Again totally unacceptable and I would never stay here again. A total disaster and checked out early.

Was traveling through the state and booked a room, then realized it that it was for the Next day. Expedia called the hotel to correct the error to the current day, but they would not budge, would not change the date, so I was billed anyway for a stay. It would not have cost them a thing to simply change from 08/20 to 08/21.

I would recommend 10/10. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very nice. Also, they casino staff was great and we came home with a few extra bucks in our pocket. We will definitely be staying there again. Thanks Horseshoe for the overall great experience.

The room was nice, spacious, and overall clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the night before we left, I called housekeeping and asked for clean towels and an extra bar of soap. The items never came even when the staff called to confirm that she would arrive in 5 minutes. She said it was a busy night for her, which was understandable so I didn’t want to bother to address the request again.
