Room was spacious but there was no couch which was present in every previous visit to the Horseshoe. Not sure why it was taken out and just a big empty space left there with no place to sit except on the bed. I know they've been doing upgrades so maybe the room we got just wasn't finished. NIce pool that normally plays upbeat music but it wasn't working on our second day. Worker apologized but it still took away from the experience.

Our room was on the 24th floor. It had been recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable however, in a first for me in a hotel, the sheets were worn out and had several small holes in various spots. Someone in housekeeping is not paying attention to detail. The check-in personal were professional and efficient. Some light band music could be heard and a very light cigarette smoke smell in my unsmoking room, but not bad.

Never again!

I booked a total of 3 rooms. One room was good, one had ac problems and one had no hot/warm water. After maintenance trying to resolve hot air coming from ac unit, guests had to move at 12:30 am to a different room. We were told this room had same problem reported for the last week. While in lobby reporting this issue, a roach crawled on my husband’s leg. Ugh

The room was fine, finding a bottled water at 10 pm was ridiculous as the vending machines on floors 2,3 &4 were empty of all selections. Front desk was no help. Had a cold shower this morning after being woken jp at 6 a.m. by a ringing phone, but our phone had a dial tone when picked up. Front desk again, no help at all. Ringing stopped after 10 mins. And i was wide awake. Will not be back
