Clean and comfortable.

Although we stayed two nights, we didn’t spend allot of time there due to in town obligations. Because I f this we did not try the poo or gym, but they looked nice. The employees that we dealt with were all great, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. My only complaint, if I was gonna have one is that the water in the shower does not come out very well. It takes a good bit of time to rinse conditioner out of long hair when you don’t have great water pressure. But that’s literally the only complaint I have. Everything else was nice and we enjoyed our stay there I would recommend it.

When I was disappointed with as often as we have stayed there that we were asked to give an additional hundred dollar deposit for incident when I have paid the entire cause of the room I asked the clerk suppose I didn’t have an additional hundred dollars to pay as a deposit for incident. Would I not be able to get the room I feel they should include that information in their description that there will be additional monies to pay when reserving a room.

Ridiculous. We showed up at 3 am and our reservation had been given to another customer; no big deal right? Guess again. The manager instructed her employee on call to have us wait for an entire hour while they woke up the other customer..instead of just honoring our reservation and giving us a room. They had told us to call Expedia for the refund we so truly deserved but once Expedia tried to follow through with this claim they denied it. Never again :)
