Lovely property, 5 minute walk to the coastal path and then a couple of minutes to the nearest beach with a lovely restaurant (Le Theven). Bikes, table tennis, table football and games all available and in great condition. Really helpful host with ideas. Peaceful setting. Only 30 mins from Roscoff. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby. Would recommend

Amazing Property

Beautiful and very well equipped property. The host is very friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Lovely little touches included welcome pack and bowls of sweets around the house (which went down well with adults & children alike!) Very well position for beach walks & local towns. Very good supermarkets are close by. The pool is amazing and the hot tub is worth the extra cost. The property is spacious, clean and exceptionally well equipped (including board games and arts & crafts!) We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Hope to come back again, we all loved our stay here. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous property I honestly don't know where to start, the property is nothing short of perfect and the owners are as friendly as you'll find anywhere. We were greeted on arrival by Typhaine who explained everything about the property and gave us a guided tour of the property, every little thing you need for your stay has been though of from stair gates for the little ones to everything you would find in your home. The whole property is perfect, the pool and spa room were a real hit with all of us, the bedrooms/bathrooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean whilst the kitchen had everything you could need and more! The location is ideal for exploring the whole region Just a 5-minute stroll away from the beach or harbour or use the numerous bikes provided. If you are thinking of booking this property you will not be disappointed Thank you Typhaine for the use of your house for making our memories.

Very well equipt property with fantastic indoor pool close to amazing beaches

The host is extremely welcoming and we are very grateful that she was able to accommodate us arriving very late in the evening after experiencing travel delays. The house is lovely with comfortable bedrooms and all the equipment you need for a holiday. If you have young children there was lots of baby equipment available! Typhaine has thought of everything and we borrowed the picnic set on our trips to the beach. There are towels for the showers and the pool which is really helpful. The pool is a good size and the children (teenagers) had lots of fun in it. The washing machine and tumble dryer are both very good. There are two fridges and a decent sized freezer. Lots of cooking utensils and tea, coffee, Chocolat, foils, mayonnaise, ketchup etc for you to use during your stay which is very helpful The area is beautiful. You can walk to the beach and a lovely restaurant with a stunning sea view. We also drove 15 mins to several other beautiful beaches (Plouescat and Kerfissien) and there were hardly any people on them. We visited Chateau Grosjean and would recommend that for a day out. All of the information is in English as well as French and the introductory film is hilarious. During our weeks stay we only saw one other English family and it felt like we had discovered the secret holiday destination of France. We wish we could have stayed for longer and hope to return in the future.

Great home - great holidays

We just returned from two wonderfully relaxing weeks at this fantastic holiday home – and honestly, we’re still a little heartbroken to have left!The house is insanely well-equipped – honestly, it felt like they thought of everything before we even realized we needed it. From kitchen gadgets to cozy blankets, it was all there. Spotless, too! You could have eaten off the floors (though we didn't... mostly because the dining table was just too nice).Communication with the hosts was warm, easy, and super friendly – you can really feel that they care about their guests. The location was also spot-on: quiet enough to unwind, but close enough to explore the area without needing a GPS degree.Our kids absolutely loved it – and if the kids are happy, the parents are extra happy, right? Between the space, the little adventures around, and the comfy setup, they had the best time.All in all: a perfect stay. Would come back in a heartbeat (or sooner if teleportation is invented).

L’echo des vagues est un superbe endroit. GĂźte d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t par sa propriĂ©taire qui a mit tout son coeur Ă  dans l’amĂ©nagement du lieu. Wundervolles Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Typaines BegrĂŒĂŸung war sehr herzlich und sie hat uns trotz der Sprachbarrieren alles Wesentliche rund ums Haus erklĂ€rt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, man kann sich hier rundherum wohl fĂŒhlen. Wir haben den Pool und die Terrasse sehr genossen. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Strand und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. BĂ€cker und LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte sind innerhalb von 5-10 km leicht zu erreichen. Traumhaftes Fleckchen Erde!

Superbe Villa avec piscine, un delice, trĂšs fonctionnelle, trĂšs propre, au calme oĂč rien ne manque, c'est comme Ă  la maison, on est chez NOUS ! Descriptif et photos conformes Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Et pour agrĂ©menter ce magnifique tableau, Typhaine est une hĂŽte charmante, accueillante, souriante, disponible et Ă  l Ă©coute tout en restant trĂšs discrĂšte. Des douceurs locales pour bien dĂ©buter les vacances nous attendent, c'est divin ! Nous avons partagĂ© de merveilleux moments en famille avec petits et grands, tout le monde s'est rĂ©galĂ© avec la piscine, jacuzzi, baby, ping-pong, balades Ă  vĂ©lo...et tous les jeux et jouets disponibles pour les enfants. Zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in Moguériec

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns bei Ankunft herzlich empfing und viele gute Tipps hatte. Pool und Whirlpool wurden gerne genutzt. NĂ€he zu Strand in ClĂ©der genial und auch als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr weitere Ausflugsziele sehr gut gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Merci beaucoup Typhaine er Marc.

Splendide maison totalement conforme Ă  la description, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et oĂč rien ne manque. Accueil chaleureux et attentions gourmandes. Le trĂšs gros plus est cette magnifique piscine qui a tout d'une grande, la douche, la tempĂ©rature ambiante et celle de l'eau constantes, nos petits enfants se sont rĂ©galĂ©s et ont Ă©galement profitĂ© avec bonheur du babyfoot.
