Genießen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage auf unserem familienfreundlichen Hof (Grünlandbetrieb, eigene Schafzucht) mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Unser altehrwürdiges Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Ortsteil Höpfling zwischen Eisenärzt und Siegsdorf/Chiemgau im Tal der Weißen Traun. Für einen frohen und erholsamen Urlaub bieten wir Ihnen: komfortable Gästezimmer mit reichhaltigem abwechslungsreichen Frühstücksbuffet, sowie großzügig neu gestaltete Ferienwohnungen für maximal 6 Personen. Unmittelbar am Haus befindet sich ein Rodelhang, die nächste Loipe ist circa 500 m, und der nächste Skilift ist circa 1,5 km entfernt.
Die Ferienwohnung "Hänsel" im Erdgeschoß und Untergeschoß des Zuhauses bietet auf 106 m² viel Raum für die ganze Familie.
Mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern finden auch große Familien mit bis zu 6 Personen bequem Platz.
Im Erdgeschoß sind Küche und Wohnzimmer, Eltern- und Kinderzimmer sowie eine Diele mit WC untergebracht. An der Süd- und Westseite liegt die großflächige Terrasse mit Blick auf unverbaute Natur und unsere Berge. Diese Terrasse steht Ihnen zur alleinigen Nutzung mit Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung.
Im Untergeschoß befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer sowie das Badezimmer.
Aus Rücksichtnahme auf unsere Gäste sind Haustiere im Zuhaus nicht erlaubt.
