Pool was nice, front desk staff were nice,helpful..Everything was good overall ,I stayed 4 days total but never received housekeeping service,I had to go to front desk to ask for towels almost everyday and toilet papers and I had to take care of my trash outside the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Angkor Home 27. The hotel was extremely comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, which made everything very easy. We especially enjoyed the spa experience The traditional Khmer massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siem Reap.

I had the pleasure of staying at Angkor Home 27 for three and a half weeks, and it was truly the best hotel in town. I especially appreciated staying at a Cambodian-owned property that reflects genuine local hospitality. The service was exceptional—100 out of 100. From the front desk to the back office, every staff member was kind, professional, and attentive. Angkor Home 27 is a beautiful hotel with an outstanding team. A very big thank you to Mr. lok for making my stay so special. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a fabulous tropical feel and offers every comfort you could want. The furniture and décor are beautiful, and everything was spotless. Each night the staff left fresh water in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The spa and staff were fantastic, and breakfast each morning was excellent. They also offer a convenient same-day laundry service, which was very helpful during our trip. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent all-round service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Mr. Lok, the Hotel Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the consistently high standards of service throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

The room was very nice, spacious and quiet though it looked more splendid on the photos and the fridge was very noisy. The view was excellent and the two pools not too busy and well kept. Still, towels weren't always ready on the easy chairs. One night I had a cocktail which was not very good. Often the staff at the reception didn't speak well enough English to be able to answer all the questions though everyone was always very friendly and helpful.
