Nice hotel, friendly staff

Comfortable hotel, reasonably priced. Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. They packed breakfast to take with us when we left at 4:30 AM in the morning to see the sunrise over Angkor Wat. We used (and liked) the spa facility on two of the three days we stayed at the hotel. The pool is great for swimming laps. I was a bit surprised (and disappointed) when we were charged extra during checkout because, according to the staff, one of the hand towels that we had used in our room was too dirty.

This hotel is reasonably priced with large rooms, a swimming pool and restaurant. It is well located in the center of Siem Reap and a good choice for a nice hotel at a good price. Just a few blocks from the museum, bar area, King's holiday palace, etc. Very friendly and professional staff.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of wonderful fresh foods, including salad and beautiful fruits. Channa the massage therapist gave me the best massage in my life, so I went back three times. The location has great places to eat and shop across the street, and Pub Street is a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel. The pool and spa (sauna. Steam etc) are perfect as well, with happy hour every evening.

Fantastic property and amenities however, such as the restaurant and bar seemed to lack atmosphere and they at times appeared closed with no lights on until you entered which was a little uninviting

2 negatives, lots of positives

2 negatives: worst Wi-Fi i have had in my 2 month journey through 4 countries. Tons of TV channels but could only hear about 5 of them on full volume. Passive Positives: great staff, AC is too good, refreshing pool, great location to start tours, good options for breakfast, and walking distance to pub street, the river, and national university. Probably would not stay again, the poor internet is a deal breaker.
