I loved everything about this hotel, it was all perfect, I used the pool, in room dining, laundry and it was fab! My tour guides had no issue collecting me from here. The best thing about this hotel are the staff, everyone remembered my name and welcomed me personally. This truly is a magnificent hotel and goes all out. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

The neighborhood is a very busy retail area with a lot of traffic—and then, just like magic, one is deposited at the front of this resort and one walks into paradise. The staff, rooms, dining, and pool area are incredibly appealing and relaxing. If I ever go back to Cambodia I will surely stay at Khmer Mansion.

This hotel was amazing. Staff knew us by name and helped us with everything we needed included seeing up ebikes and a guide to visit Angkor Wat last minute. The rooms were immaculate. Free tuktuk to Pub St. The swim up pool bar was great in the afternoon when it was hot. Fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend.

The staff are amazing - they make every effort to attend to the guest feel comfortable. They are very warm and attentive. They are the highlight of the hotel. The property is very nicely maintained and clean. The main downside is the hotel location as the surrounding neighborhood is not very developed and a little run down.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly attentive. The rooms are slightly outdated and could do with a refurb, but I would imagine they are still recovering from Covid. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They’re wonderful. I can recommend doing the city tour organised by the hotel. Really interesting and takes you to places not on other organised tours.

Best service in Siem Reap, perhaps the world…

This hotel was all about service and the place was in great condition. Out of 18 counties, this was our favorite city and hotel. I can’t say enough good things. The breakfast had plenty of options and was good. Poolside service was impeccable with a large drink menu. We stayed on the first floor next to the pool which was very convenient after a full day of exploring temples…..For $20 they provided us an amazing driver and tuk tuk to take you on day tours of all the temples and the gentlemen waits for you with an ice cold washcloth and bottle of water after each temple!!! The front desk ladies were super nice and also very helpful. If you are like me and tirelessly search for the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap, this one is it. Oh almost forget to mention they have a special dinner with native dancing every Tuesday and Saturday which is so worth your time and money.

We were visiting Cambodia for our honeymoon and could not have been more happy with our stay at this location. We were treated wonderfully and were addressed by name by everyone on the staff, even ones we hadn’t met yet (they did their homework). The property is beautiful and clean and in a great location. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful property with the kindest, and most hospitable staff who had only to be asked to make any wish come true -- whether it be for transportation, massages, meals or anything else. We had a lovely Cambodian dinner cooked at our table the first night, and then they organized an excellent English speaking guide to take us to Angkor Wat and the AW regional temples. The check in was amazing as we were seated and the check in came to us. Same with the check out. Cold towels greeted us whenever we returned to the hotel. I strongly recommend this property.

Best Hotel in Siem Reap!

I’ve stayed at some of the nicest places around the world, and the service at Khmer Mansion Residence was by FAR the best service I’ve ever had at any hotel. They were so friendly, remembered our names personally and room numbers the whole stay, and thought of every detail! My family and large group traveling with us were truly blown away. There’s not one negative thing I could say, and I will 100% stay here every single time I’m in Siem Reap!

The staff at this hotel were very attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. They arranged for the Angkor visit as well which was great. English speaking guide with driver.
