Amazing hotel. Beautiful room; comfortable, clean, modern. Great restaurant as well. Location was perfect being safe and walk-able to Pub St. and the Old Market. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. I will definitely stay at the Natural House again.

スタッフはいつも通り親切でよかった。エアコン、冷蔵庫が故障してたり、停電もあったがナイトマーケット、パブストリートにも近く立地含め満足してます。また利用します。

位置上很好，房間得大

在check in的時候，跟員工說明天我們會去看日出，請他幫忙凖備早餐給我們帶去小吳哥吃，但在第二天出發時，他竟然說是以為第三天才需要，所以沒有做給我們（氣死了，已經說了二次是第二天）。 除了這個問題之外，酒店位置真的很好，在night market / pub street 中間，步行3分鐘內。 房間很大，床也舒服，早餐份量不太夠我一個成年男人吃。附近餐廳很多，也有平宜又好的按摩店。

Nice hotel and central location

This stay was very nice, we even booked an extra night here. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are smart and clean, and its very short distance to the pub street. The breakfast could have been better, but in all a very good stay.

5泊のうち、初日がオーバーブックで近く他のホテルを案内されました。事前の連絡が丁寧だったので予約は変更せず泊まったのですが、お願いしていた朝食BOXが伝わっていない事が2回、最終日にトゥクトゥクの手配をお願いしていたのに来ていない。オペレーションが悪すぎます。部屋のドアも閉まりづらく、早朝からピーピー音が鳴るし私は相性の悪いホテルでした。
