Amazing property near lots of attractions! The staff was top notch and delivered well above expectations! One of the bellhops even chased me down with an umbrella to loan to me since there was a chance of rain. Loved this hotel and will definitely be back!

A dreamy stay!

Quite possibly the best hotel stay we’ve ever had! The staff were meticulously attentive from knowing our names, having umbrellas and mosquito spray available, and cool cloths available when we arrived to the hotel each day— the guest service was top notch. The included breakfast was fresh and made to order daily— I recommend the avocado toast! The spa was readily available with a good array of treatments. The gym was well fitted as was the pool. I can’t over emphasize how incredibly kind every member of the staff were during our visit. We also took part in one of the vintage car tours which was a highlight of our visit!

Cannot recommend this hotel more highly ! Top 5 hotel experience in past 20 years of travelling. From outstanding service to stylish interior and a la carte breakfast with proper coffee. Well, where do I begin? I can’t rave about the experience enough. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the checkout process 6 nights later; everyone and everything was amazing. The suite was stylish and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate and clean but the best thing about this place were the people. Everyone was just so kind, polite and always happy to help. The food and drink was out of this world and breakfast was the best I’ve had included in a room deal. My husband and I booked this place as part of my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. We make a very fine decision to stay here. It’s easy to see why this place has won so many accolades. There was only one issue, a family staying a couple of nights with zero respect or control of their feral, loud and disrespectful children; I really wish that the hotel would display a clear code of conduct and etiquette which would be enforced. 7:00 AM and we had kids screaming outside our room. People left the pool one day as the kids were just too much. This is a classy hotel, not an Ibis. A huge thank you to the team for all of your service, help, kindness and smiles; You were amazing.

The restaurant, staff, location, and cleanliness of this hotel cannot be beat. This was my fourth stay at Viroth’s, and the main reason I visit Siem Reap. I cannot describe how incredible the front desk staff is; from their warm welcome each time you enter the front doors, to the complimentary bug spray and moist towels, and friendly wait staff. The terrace rooms are worth the splurge, for the extra private space to read and relax while soaking in the sounds of the neighborhood. The impeccable and efficient housekeeping staff are magical. The only drawback is the distance to the new airport (solid hour), which I understand is not in Viroth’s control. In fact, they assisted to arrange airport transfer which we also appreciate. Can’t wait for our fifth stay here next Siem Reap trip!

This is our second stay at Viroth's Hotel and it exceeded (once again) our expectations. We were there for a week and the staff made us feel as if we were family. Sokah at the front desk was amazing (as well as the others) and the dining staff were top notch. I loved seeing everyone in the mornings welcoming us to breakfast. Felt like home. The cleaning staff did a superb job and even the gardeners were so friendly and nice. I think it would be hard to beat the quality and staffing at this hotel! Well done!

Unbelievably good hotel

Amazing hotel. The planting around the pool is fantastic making this place look like an oasis of calm. However the really incredible part is the service. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The staff are so friendly and dedicated it made me not want to leave.
