Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Jamaica Royale in Siesta Key! The unit was spotless—super clean and well-maintained. The best part was the breathtaking view of the ocean right from our place. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset each evening was unforgettable. Perfect location, relaxing atmosphere, and everything we needed for a great beach getaway. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful vacation spot!

The overall property, condo, walkout deck, and location were so wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, the deck and outdoor furniture was super nice! We spent a lot of time on the deck. A couple of small things were the lack of good instructions for the combo washer/dryer...we finally found some online. Also the details stated there were spices on site and while I didn't expect a lot, I thought there would at least be salt & pepper, there wasn't. A. minor frustration. The only other frustration, and it loomed large for my husband who needed to have his laptop for a few work exceptions...there were issues with the WiFi. We couldn't get anything beyond 3 phones to connect and had issues staying connected. While Sean was working with us to get things fixed it took a lot of my husband's time, created some stress and was never resolved. Having said all that, I would return because overall I truly enjoyed this place and I'm sure Sean will address these few issues to make future stays exactly perfect and worthy of all the other amenities.

Picturesque views with the comforts of home

From the moment you step foot in the door the views of the gulf take your breath away! We absolutely loved spending nights out on the spacious patio and that we were directly on the beach. Having the ability to go up for a quick bite to eat or lay our little one down for a nap and leave our beach gear by the ocean was really nice. The owner has stocked the place with all the comforts of home and also provided a booster seat, step stool and some beach toys for our little one. My only suggestion is if you are traveling with kids or lots of beach gear to rent a wagon since depending on the tide it can be a bit of a walk to the water. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Nice condo. Not so nice experience.

Condo itself was lovely. Just as lovely as every place we went stayed over the years. We don’t stay in anything but nice places. The problem is that construction was going on all week and we couldn’t even talk out on the balcony or get into the condo without climbing through the shrubs to avoid sludge. There are plenty of nice condos we could have stayed in that didn’t have construction going on and had it been disclosed that this property was going to be a noisy job site, we would have booked one of the 100 plus other options on the beach of Siesta Key. On top of that, there was black mold on the guest bathroom ceiling (which as cleaned after the fact) and the pool was closed for some of our stay. Not thrilled with the experience.

Wonderful stay!

One of the best things about this property is how clean it is!! My whole family was super impressed by this and this was very important to me. Also the unit is beautifully decorated, very well stocked with everything you need. The owner contacted and texted me a few times prior to arrival to make sure I had what I needed for check in. We were very happy with our stay and the unit. Highly recommended! We will book again in the future!!

Beach Paradise!

This condo was exactly as pictured. The beautiful sunset and beach views from the balcony are unforgettable! The check-in process was frustrating as the gate code provided did not work consistently on check-in day. When the A/C stopped working, the management were responsive and able to fix it 24 hours later. Overall, great place to stay and we look forward to returning to SK.

Great condo!

The balcony was the best part with gorgeous sunset views with plenty of chairs and 2 tables. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with basics and plenty of utensils, pots and the like. Former renters left plenty of sand toys, floats and beach stuff - even a tent but we had our own so didn’t use. Also plenty of beach towels. Only problem was the washer/dryer combo is difficult to use. We were not able to wash or dry anything all week. It takes 6 hours to do a load of wash. Even the maintenance man said they are time consuming to use. There are pay washers and dryers located on first floor. The AC went out one night but it was just a breaker and was fixed within a few hours. One elevator was tied up by the cleaning crew on check in day so that made the wait longer. Plenty of carts for unloading available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were impressed at how clean the unit was. They even provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with hairdryers and plenty of bath towels. Hope this detailed review helps others ! Siesta Key is gorgeous and the Sunday drum circle was so fun. Terrific vacation spot!!

Great Location

The condo was just as expected. Very clean and great all around. Unfortunately the washer/dryer did not work while we were there. We had to call the property manager and he came out to check things out. Made arrangements for a new one to come. Two days later they brought a new one and it did not work either. We did have to pay to do laundry down stairs. Each time they told me they would keep me updated and I never received anything from them. The check in process I thought would be easy. We never received a gate code so I had to call the property manager and get the weekly code from them. We received the wrong code to the door that was sent via email so I called them again and they gave us a new code. We loved the condo and all the views it provides. Most likely would stay again in hopes the check in process would be a little smoother.

Beach Therapy

This property was 100% what I was needing. The condo itself is so very updated and the views from the balconies were exactly what I was hoping for. The beach is pristine and the property managers ensure beach chairs are available along with a few umbrellas. Cresent beach is so close to restaurants and other area to explore. I will be returning, for sure.

Really enjoyed the kitchen and the views from balcony. We swam everyday and watched sunset at night. I’d come again in a heartbeat! Hosts were very responsive and was beautiful place
