Great location, great view and great beach. The problems listed below can all be corrected. We spent two weeks there, so we got to know the apartment and the area very well. The free trolly into downtown Siesta Key and Sarasota was a plus. BTW, the assigned parking for this apartment is 51.Our concerns/complaints:1. The queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom was mush, the worst mattress ever and should have been replaced a long time ago. This ruined the two-week trip for the couple who had that bedroom.2. Contrary to city code, the apartment had zero (0) smoke detectors. We contacted Lenny (the local contact person) and by the next morning, he had installed three smoke detectors, as per code.3. The drain for the shower/tub in the master bathroom was almost completely clogged following a shower, leaving us in several inches of water before fully draining.4. Multi-outlet plug needed: The TV in the 2nd bedroom, the one with the mushy mattress, would not turn on. We discovered that the plug for that TV went through the wall and out into the living room. Once the TV was plugged in, it worked just fine. The sacrifice was that one of the couch lamps could not be plugged in.5. A second multi-outlet plug needed: The TV in the master bedroom also went out. The lower outlet where the TV was plugged in, was dead while the upper outlet was fine. Again, another multi-outlet plug is needed since we, had to plug the TV cord into a spot that had been used by a bedside lamp.
