Nach dem Strand können Sie in der Stadt frische Austern und MeeresfrĂŒchte, GetrĂ€nke, Live-Musik oder Eiscreme genießen oder einfach in einem tropischen Garten auf dem GrundstĂŒck entspannen. Top Lage fĂŒr atemberaubende SonnenuntergĂ€nge. Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen offenen Grundriss vom Essbereich bis zum Balkon, alle mit Westlage. Es ist die perfekte Mischung aus Inselfreundlichkeit und Dorfspaß.* Veranstaltungen oder Versammlungen, an denen Fremdanbieter beteiligt sind, oder eine Mitarbeiterzahl, die die kombinierte Belegungsrate ĂŒbersteigt, sind nach vorheriger Genehmigung des EigentĂŒmers zulĂ€ssig. Great location, right next to the beach, which was a big plus for us. The host was very responsive and kind throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.The house itself is comfortable, but it could benefit from some updates and maintenance. For example, the bathtub water stopped working at one point, some drawers could use attention, and the bicycles would be better if they were in a more maintained condition.Regarding pricing, we understand this was during high season. We did notice that nearby properties offered more amenities (such as a pool, jacuzzi, and additional bedrooms) for a similar price, but we also recognize that it’s not an apples-to-apples comparison due to the seasonality.Overall, taking all of this into consideration, we felt this rating was fair and reflective of our experience.

Family getaway of 4. Pros: * excellent location!! Easy short walk to restaurants, stores and bars and the beach! Market was 2 blocks away if you forget anything. * house was spacious with 4 of us, plenty of room * allowed pets so we were able to bring our dog on vacay with us!* everything in the house was clean* good size beds in the house. 2 king beds and 4 full beds * small balcony and shared space in the back to sit outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air* helped a lot to have a washer and dryer available * plenty of beach towels and chairs!! Less things to packCons:* construction going on in the unit next door all week* house is really a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. One room upstairs is in a loft that they added doors but lacked privacy. The sound carries throughout the house and we heard every peep including our dog snoring at night. * the house can sleep 12 but there wasn’t enough silverware and bowls for the 4 of us. We had to wash dishes every day. * the house came with dish soap but no other basic cleaning products for us to clean up after ourselves. I had to go buy Clorox wipes I’ve stayed in a number of VRBOs over the years and this is gets 5 stars for location and communication with the owner. Checked in on us and gave clear check in and check out (basically nothing to be done!) instructions. But overall the house lacked a number of basic essentials that would’ve made our stay much better.

Perfect Girls Weekend

This home was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our group to hang out and rest comfortably, and we enjoyed the shared outdoor space as well. We loved having beach chairs and wagons available to use. The location of this home was convenient for walking to both town and the beach. The property manager was very communicative and helpful!

Great location, can use some sprucing

The location of this rental is excellent but the accommodations can use some sprucing. Seven women rented for 4 days/3 nights & had gorgeous weather our entire stay. A car is not necessary as multiple restaurants & grocery store are a short walk away. Beach access is close, but not 250 steps (we counted 300 steps & were still 2 blocks away) but a sturdy beach wagon & many beach chairs are provided and we walked easily to the beach everyday. Pros:-Communication was wonderful. Answered questions promptly. When we asked about the TV they sent someone over immediately. Check in/check out instructions were clear -Outside porch was a lovely place for coffee in the morning or for extra space -King beds upstairs were comfortable -Plentiful beach towels, multiple beach chairs & beach wagon Cons: -Kitchen: no wine glasses (we used water glasses) & the stove burners got warm (not hot). We used the stove for breakfast, for lunch/dinner we had sandwiches or walked to the Village. Cooking knives aren't sharp. Would be difficult to prep a full dinner with the tools provided.-Living room: Seating is cramped for 7 adults, sofa is comfy but other options are not. Not a smart TV (no streaming)-Metal bunk beds(not wood)are very loud - Space itself is open & sound carries easily. In 1 upstairs bedroom there are bi-fold doors (open to the living room below)Again, location to the Village & beach is great. Just wanted to share some info that would have helped us when looking @ rentals

Had a great stay with our adult kids. Weather wasn’t great but you’re so close to all the shops and restaurants that there’s plenty to do other than the beach! House was great and we had everything we needed. Literally the only negative was when we went to use the bikes and two of the five were broken (there was five of us).

Easy to navigate. Close to beach and close to village. Unit was nice ... a little aged. The only problem we had was the overhead lights in the upstairs bedrooms coming on spontaneously in the middle of the night. Dan was a great host.

So close to everything!

Our family stayed 4 nights and had a great time. The beach is so close and we loved that it is a quieter beach area. The village is also super close and we loved going to dinner and ice cream and going to the shops. The room was very spacious but could use a bit of updating but it worked great for us. The wagon and chairs were amazing to have!

Great Vacation Location

This listed was exactly as advertised. We were only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the Village. The house included all the beach gear we needed and even had bikes available to use. Would definitely recommend staying here!

lovely duplex

i stayed with a few friends for a week and we had no issues with the house. the host was excellent with response times. it was clean and just like the pictures in all but one area. this rental is a two unit house and that was written nowhere on the description. the backyard is shared. while we experienced no problems with this it was a disappointed to learned upon arrival that the whole wasn’t ours and we didn’t even have the balcony facing the backyard. We had booked this thinking it was just our space and it put a damper on parts of the trip having to worried about not disturbing the neighbors.

Great house, great location, hospitable host

The house was perfect for our stay and proved to be the ideal location. Two blocks to the best restaurants and bars, two blocks to the beach, quiet rear courtyard. The host was quick to help when needed and the property had everything we needed to have a great time. Highly recommended.

50th girls trip

We had a super time here! Clean, nice common garden area, beach toys, cooler, chairs, wagon were a nice bonus. But needs more coffee mugs please. There were 9 of us and only 6 mugs.

Beach Vacation

Great location, easy walk to many different food venues and little shops. Easy, short walk to the public beach access. Nice quiet neighborhood. Short drive into town if needing groceries on a larger scale. House was awesome, nice backyard patio and sitting area. Clean, lots of space with comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms with tubs and showers were great for 4 kids. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and beach stuff readily available at the house to use (didn't get to use the paddle boards or kayaks d/t the weather). Daniel was easy to get a hold of and quick response was received from him when needed.

Good experience

This was a really pleasant stay and perfect for our group. Dan was really responsive and helpful. Check in and out was easy. The backyard is shared and it was entirely clear from the photos that we had the front unit, rather than the back unit with a balcony overlooking the shared yard. It ended up being totally fine, but something to consider.

Location, location, location!

You can't beat this location for getting out and doing things in Siesta Key. The Casa is spotless and Dan runs his properties with unbelievable efficiency. He's a great organizer and a great communicator. You couldn't ask for a better host. It was a perfect stay. Thank you!
