Florida beach visit

We had stayed in Siesta Key a few years ago and wanted to come back for the beach. This location was a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants. A short drive into Sarasota for museum and restaurants as well. Our stay in the cottage was relaxing, quiet and comfortable.

Beach Club Not So Great

The Beach Club 100C was not constructed thoughtfully and the advertising was misleading. One of the two bedrooms did not have an adjoining bathroom! Had to walk through the kitchen and living room to get to its bathroom. There was NO PORCH, which is depicted in the online pictures. The water pressure was terrible. On the plus side, the property manager communications were helpful, and the place was clean. Probably won't stay there again.

Relaxing Getaway

After busy work and family schedules, my husband and I booked a quick 5 day vacation to relax. This location was perfect for the 2 of us, clean, quiet and very close to the beach. We have stayed at other places near here and this was the cleanest and quietest. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway, this is your place. The unit is well stocked with dishes and linens and communication was always fast and informative. Great place to stay!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at the Gated Beach Access, Short Walk to Beach. It was clean and so close to the beach. The host was friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable and great water pressure. Had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie board. It was walking distance to some food spots and shops. The village area was about a 10min drive or you just hop on the free island shuttle(stop was down the block). I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Staying Here Again!

The unit was sparkling clean and well-cared for, with a great little kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. Easy parking, and LOVE this location. Trolly pickup across the street on Midnight Pass, and walking distance to Captain Curt’s! But the 90 second walk to the beach is the crown jewel. The little private section of the beach for this property was FABULOUS. It was never crowded, and the clientele were the loveliest people. Having stayed on the public swatches of Siesta Key beach many times, this was a superlative experience. I can’t speak highly enough of the management. Any minor inconvenience was addressed within minutes with professional customer service. One afternoon, I texted to inform them that our beach umbrella was on its last leg and would need replacing soon; they replied immediately to let us know they’d drop a new one by our unit the next morning!) I think I can never go back to amateur hosts again. I’d absolutely stay at this location again, or any property managed by this outfit. Pro-tips! 1. (Note: they 100% manage guests’ expectations for this with their property info, but
) Be prepared to make a quick run to Publix 5 min away to grab cheap basics like coffee filters, dishwasher soap, and detergent. You’ll be there buying beach snacks anyway. 2. Bring earplugs and a positive attitude in case you draw the short straw (like we did,) of having a a toddler who CLEARLY mainlines sugar in the unit above yours. Nothing to do about it but laugh!

Perfect Mother's Day Getaway

It was just my daughter and myself for a nice relaxing getaway. We usually go to the Tropical Beach Resort but they are always full. I felt we received more value at this condo than we do there. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Everything that is advertised is there. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids beach toys. The property is well maintained. I felt at home. There were plenty of hangers and a chest of drawers in the closet. The beds were comfortable. We also utilized the Xplorie option of BOGO excursions. We did the dolphin/mimosa tour. It was very relaxing to be out on the water. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope to able to return before too long. We absolutely love Crescent beach and the entire area. They were doing beach renourishment at Turtle beach so we didn't do that but out beach access was great and we enjoyed several sunsets. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.
