Perfect locations

We were pleasantly surprised to see the home had been updated since the pictures were posted. It was an adorable, comfortable and clean house. The location was perfect, it was literally walking distance to everything.

Wonderful family getaway!

We went for a long weekend and it was perfect. Walk to the beach, with beach chairs provided. Walk to village with shops and restaurants. Great music each night. House was quiet. Washer / Dryer a plus. I brought my bike and biked each morning. Would defintely recommend.

Just Right

This was the "just right" place for us to stay. Newly renovated, close to beach and town, and outstanding support from property manager. The bedrooms and living room upstairs were comfortable, and being a very earlier riser, the dining and kitchen downstairs (and a downstairs bathroom!) allowed me a perfect place for coffee and reading without disturbing my wife.

My stay was absolutely great, but the only bad thing is in the carport you have to watch because there is bugs that are like mosquitoes only you can’t even see them. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Very disappointed

The host was accommodating. No issues that we needed to contact them. The house is just very old, looks like there has never been any updating? First floor is just a big kitchen, yes well stocked but old! There is a shower/bath, too. Two bedrooms and living room on the second floor. Great exercise running the stairs for snacks and drinks! The window blind in one bedroom was broken with missing and bent slats. There was some sort of crusty yellowish/brown crud along the bottom of the shower door with some sort of dirt along the bottom of the side panel going back to the wall in the upstairs bathroom. No way to close that shower door from the inside. Holes in the wall. I took photos. I find it hard to believe that other guests who gave such rave reviews were overlooking if nothing else that upstairs bathroom! Yes close to the Village but very noisy with cars going by all night long and you could hear the bars. Updated televisions but no channels for local news or evening programming that we could find? Only info was instructions on what to do upon leaving - one $1 off coupon for Mote Marine from 2011 letting us know if we used it and didn’t return it we would be charged a fee? I don’t ever like giving a review like this, we stayed because we knew we wouldn’t get our money back.

Short walk to beach access and the home was clean! Had several chairs and items to take to the beach. Super convenient! I should have read a little closer as I didn’t realize the home had a shared laundry space but it all worked out. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Short-Stay Get Away

This rental was perfect for us in every way. The unit itself was clean, bedrooms comfortable, kitchen perfectly equipped, and the large living room with big screen TV was great. Close to Beach, close to town, and a car port! We have no complaints and hope to return to the same unit next year.

Short walking distance to everything (village/beach), it was great! Some of the decor a bit outdated, but we were not there to hang out inside and watch TV. Very clean (small ant problem, not a big deal, it’s Florida), and communication with property manager was always quick.

Great location/fair quality

Great location, enjoyed our stay. The quality was only fair for furniture/drapes/cookware/dishware, etc. Good spot if you dont mind a little traffic and want to be within walking distance to beach and the village.
