The location couldn’t be more perfect being only steps to the beach and to the village.We were able to see the sunset from one of the sitting areas and you can watch the gulf from the pool.The home is very spacious with lots of room for everyone. It is an absolutely gorgeous home.On top of that, everything was super easy from booking to check in to check out. The rental agency checked in often to make sure things were going well and it was a very easy and relaxing experience.Would stay here again and again and again

Amazing!

I booked this property for a B-Day trip for my wife. She was amazed with this property! We enjoy the Siesta Key area very much! This property was close to everything we wanted to do, beach, village, etc. Cleanliness was exceptional! We had friends traveling with us and we were all very pleased with the layout of the home. Communication was great with our host. You will not be disappointed if you book your stay at this property.

Extremes

This property is a study in extremes. It is an old structure which has been very expensively updated and improved. The update obviously emphasized an expanded number of bedrooms at the expense of bedroom size and adequacy of bathroom number and size for the price of the property. Remarkably there is not a single set of drawers or shelves in the entire house, leaving guests to live out of open suitcases for whatever length of stay—entirely unacceptable. The managers of the property were terrific. From the initial contact through the paperwork and support during the stay, they were efficient and responsive. The individual there with whom we dealt most often—Desiree—was a pleasure to deal with and a great representative of the company

Perfect vacation house for large group

We had 2-3 families with up to 8 kids at one point and there was plenty of space without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, plenty of towels, and a quick walk to the beach. The main strip was only a few blocks away. A couple things to know: grocery stores are a little farther out that some beach homes I’ve stayed at so I’d plan ahead (10-20min drive) and pool area had a lot of mosquitos during our stay in early October. I also had sent a couple of DMs to the property manager months ahead of our trip that did not get replies, but communication was fast and excellent if you just call directly or text. This was a fantastic house and would recommend to anyone looking to be in the area.

Gorgeous Place, Huge, AMAZING LOCATION AND POOL

Right across from the beautiful beach, amazing views/sunsets, perfect for the six adults in our family as we could spread out. A few things needed some attention but the property manager was very fast and quick to address issues. One word of caution - staying in the third week of September, you do have to deal with possible hurricanes, and there were several restaurants closed for vacation since the season is over. We also had some noisy construction/repair going on in front of us and alongside the place, so maybe go earlier and it would be perfect!

Excellent Location!

Location was perfect - walk to the beach and a short ride to town. Enjoyed having our own pool to use. Unfortunately the umbrellas at the pool were broken, We told the property mgmt company who indicated they would come by to replace but that did not happen so we didn't have any shade (and it was very hot) but we still enjoyed our time. House is beautiful.

Can't beat location!

Across from the white sands of Siesta Key and a very short walk to the village restaurants and shops, you really can't beat the location of this property. Even better, it's not some old cottage on the beach, its basically a brand new home throughout. The layout of the house was great for adults and kids. The pool was fantastic. We'd definitely stay here again!

Your cottage is in the perfect location with a quick walk to the beach and downtown Siesta Key. The pool is a great feature as well. The newly renovated house is beautiful with a wonderful kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Great location/ Needs updates

The location of this property is in a premier spot. It’s just steps to the beach. The house is newly updated and has all the things you need. I believe, for the cost of the rental that the quality of the items in the house should be upgraded. Beds were uncomfortable, bedding and towel quality very poor and kitchen items were cheap. They also but useless alarms on all the back doors leading to the patio/ pool area. They said it was for child safety. The alarms were ear piercing and we were unable to shut them off. The salt water pool was having issues and someone was there everyday trying to fix it and putting chemicals into it. After checking out, we realized we forgot something. When we went back to retrieve it, the property manager called me and yelled at me in a rage for still being on the property. Very, very rude. I explained why I was there and she hung up. I think if you had a large group this would be a good place to stay for a few days. We only had 3 people in our party and while we enjoyed our stay, I would say it wasn’t worth the money spent.

Beautiful house in a perfect location!

The house is gorgeous and the pool is very nice. Just being steps to the beach was our favorite part! And it's just a 5 min walk to the village, the location could not be better. The only con of the stay was the construction. It was not stated in the listing and it starts as early as 6:30am and lasts until 6pm. It was a big disappointment for us. There is also not a lot of privacy due to all the windows and not having window treatments on some. I am still giving it 5 stars because the construction won't last forever and it is an amazing rental that we would rent again post construction.

Perfect location in Siesta Key

Modern house great for family with master off living room and additional bedroom in separate hallway. The house is well designed, very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was a great retreat with extra refrigerator and freezer outside
 was perfect for the kids. There is a cart and chairs to take to making the beach. Great location and easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend!

Amazing Siesta

Arizona family falls in love with Siesta Key!

In celebration of our 50th anniversary our family spent time in this beautiful home that gave us everything we needed AND MORE! Beautiful, spacious, plenty of amenities and to top it all of SO close to the beach and to everything else. We all enjoyed walking everywhere and not having to worry about parking. We would love to return soon!

Great escape

Great property and location ! The outside area was perfect for everyone to relax and hangout at the pool! Perfect for large families or for a large gathering of family and friends . We had more adults then kids so the bunk beds weren’t a great option . The sleeper sofa in the living room was decent and the in-law suite sofa does not pull out as expected so accommodating young adults was challenging.

Great Location Gulf Views

House is ideally situated with a short walk to Siesta Key Village. You can see the Gulf from the pool deck as well as the front porch. Only issue is the chronic standing water in the street between house & the nearest public beach access. The house was well supplied & we enjoyed our visit ( except for the Red tide that affected us for a couple days)
