Great Place

Loved the short walk to the main beach entrance - complex was clean, quiet, and had great amenities including a pool. Our only problem was that the master bathroom tub didn’t drain very well- I’m sure too much sand over time. The 5 of us were able to shower in the other bathroom which was lovely. We would stay here again.

Great Condo, Close to the beach!

The condo had everything we needed from dishware to a wagon and toys for the beach. It was very clean when we arrived and even had Lemonade packets and chocolates as a welcome gift! I loved renting this property , Can't wait to be back 💓

Just the girls

My daughters and I have been visiting Siesta Key for several years and we love it. This condo had everything we needed. From the beach chairs/umbrella/cooler and a wagon to tote it all to the beach access directly across the street. We played pickleball with the racquets that were provided. You don’t have to drive or walk anywhere, the trolley picks up right outside of the condo. Overall it was perfect and we had such a great time!

girl’s trip

property was great! very clean and in great location. only thing was the vrbo manager i dealt with told me us 5 girls would all have actual beds . he said there was not a pull out couch but when we got there i had to sleep on pull out in living room. it was ok 
 just think it needs a new mattress
 not so comfortable but us girls had a blast!

Amazing Place

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was a great location and had everything needed. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cart were very helpful! The place was very comfortable and accommodating. We’ve been coming to siesta key a few years and this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. Very spacious, clean, and great amenities. Corner unit with balconies on both sides.

Very very clean. Amazing location. East to communicate. I wish they had a few more supplies. We had to spend a bit at the grocery. No extra dish soap, cooking oils, etc

Very good stay

Perfect location. We arrived at night and could not locate the lockbox for the key, very difficult after a day of travel. Any additional detail of location of where to find the lock box would have been a simple add and made our check in process much easy. Host was unavailable when we couldn’t find the lockbox. All other communication with host was good. Overall, would recommend but please tell future guest where the lockbox for key is located on the property.

Overall ok but read below

When we arrive we notice that floor has sticky dots here and there and could not find any mop in the property. So next morning went to Walmart and bought a mop and wet pads for mop. Just to wash a floor we spend all box(for $16) because each pad was black color just after few mops. So it took us 2 hours and 1 box of pads to make it clean. I told that to management and he said that floor was clean and he checked it before we arrive. So he checked not so carefully I guess because it was not clean. When we arrived we had a quick dinner and put dishes in dishwasher, in the morning I opened dishwasher and was surprised that dishes still dirty. I texted Terry (property manager) he said that dishwasher broken. I asked him to fix it, so he replied “that’s not going to happen”. With some messages back and force he finally said he will send technician out. In few days tech arrived and fixed dishwasher. But it worsts me lots of stress. Also, Terry surprised my with a text - “ I am more than happy to cancel your reservation as of today I also know the floor was not sticky when you arrived we check every unit after cleaning prior to your arrival” We stressed even more
 we booked that property 1 year in advance 
. And because I report dirty floor (not even asked him to send housekeepers) just reported as a fact. And asked to fix dishwasher he was ready to cancel our stay. I would avoid that condo only because how management treats you. Condo it self is good. Concern about safety - 1 key for entire condo building . You can open with 1 key any condo. That is not good experience to feel like someone can open a door when you sleep. But nothing like that happened , but be ready ;)) Design of condo is nice. Condo have plenty of light. Also I would stock condo with more kitchen supply . Families who cook at home will really feel like they do not have much stuff. That property was owned and managed by other owner before that why we booked, with new manager and owner I do not know how they can stay in business with such rude management.

My family and I (husband and 2 daughters (5&9) had a great time! Beautiful beach, updated & clean condo and responsive host. No complaints aside from slow Wi-Fi but hey, that’s not what you’re going to the beach for right?!
