Disappointed the “hot tub” was not heated at all. House and location excellent. Maintenance was fast and responsive. Pool and hot tub were not clean upon arrival, thus the four stars.

Great vacation!

Property is awesome. Clean, spacious and accommodating for a mid to larger group. Nice large open kitchen. Comfortable beds. All linens towels onsite ready for us. Two refrigerators was nice. Double washer and dryers was great. Siesta Key village shops and restaurants all easy walk. Beach very close walk. Not enough beach chairs and some were broke. This is usual for rentals in my experience. Cooler and beach wagon onsite was nice as well. Checkin was easy and property management checked in periodically thru the week was nice as well. Checkin at 4pm and that’s final no earlier. Would have been nice to have a place to store our bags while we went to beach for a few hours until checkin. We stashed our things behind the shrubs which wasn’t ideal.Overall was great and will do again!

Amazing house & location!

This property exceeded our expectations. We had a total of 9 in our party (kids ranging from 12-18). Everyone loved the house, plenty of rooms & amenities. The property management team was incredibly helpful & responsive. We had just a couple of very minor questions/issues in the pool area, but the team acted swiftly and resolved both items. While the house is great, it's the location that really sells this property - just a short walk to the beach / restaurants / shops etc. We will definitely re-book this property if we visit Siesta Key again.

Beautiful and Spacious - The Perfect Location!

The house was HUGE and perfect for our stay, which included my spouse and our 6 adult children. Each room had a bathroom, king beds, an a large TV, which allowed for ample space and privacy. Our favorite aspect was the kitchen and living room areas, which were beautifully combined to allow the perfect place for eating and interaction with our family. We prepared many meals "at home," and the kitchen accommodated all our needs. It was a cold and rainy week during our stay, yet we were able to find many things to do, as we were within walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, and beach. And, within driving distance to many attractions. Some days we would stay in and make a meal together while enjoying a movie on the huge living room television. If we had a question or issue with anything in the home, the management was quick to respond; they were eager to make it right. We feel fortunate to have had such excellent customer service. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here!

Not at all what we expected for the price

My family and I stayed in this home for a week and while the location was great, there were several issues with the house that we felt were unjustifiable for the price. The pool was advertised to be heated but never reached a temperature above 70 degrees. Having a heated pool for a January Florida stay was one of the main reasons we chose this home. The hot tub also was very inconsistently hot - despite several pool guys coming to service. We also found swim trunks stuffed in the pool filter from the guests before us which indicates that the pool was not cared for as someone would have immediately noticed this. Additionally, the heat was broken in the house the entire stay. Again, may not have been an issue for a non-January Floriday stay - but considering the timing, 60 degrees inside when it's 50 degrees outside was unacceptable. Several maintenance crews came to diagnose the issue but could not fix it.There were odds and ends issues with the home in general ; the floors were really dirty, the furniture was stained, leaky or broken faucets, stained dishes, the grille thermometer didn't work which made cooking difficult, etc. Overall we would not stay here again or recommend this home for this price.

Wonderful property! Great location!

This is the perfect house for anyone vacationing in Siesta! Easily walk to the beach or a stones throw to the downtown. Lots of room and really nice pool and outdoor space. Highly recommend!

The Blue Paradise is a stunning property. This home is close to the beach and the village. Everything is within walking distance. Despite being so close to the village, this is a very quiet property. The home is extremely beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen, and mattresses that are so comfortable. The inside and outside of this home are picturesque and well maintained. It would be hard to find anything to criticize. Our stay was outstanding, and can’t wait to book this home again.

Great Property

Excellent location to public beach access and great food - both short walks away. Pool, putting green, covered outdoor area with tvs and bar was a perfect relaxation spot for our family including two teenagers. Beach chairs, cooler and wagon were awesome to have ready in the garage.

Great Location

Loved the location of this house! Quick walk to the beach and quick walk to many bars/restaurants/shops downtown. Also loved the outdoor entertaining area - well laid out and plenty of shade if desired. Having the beach chairs and the wagon were a huge advantage. Our biggest frustration was the number of things that either didn’t work or the lack of instruction on how to get things to work. Two TV’s outside, but we could only get one to work. Lots of outdoor speakers but no way to figure out how to work them - thank goodness we brought a speaker from home. For two days the pool and hot tub were ice cold - after no response from our attempts to call and get it fixed, we reset the breaker and then it heated sufficiently but it was frustrating that we went two days without being able to use it and had to resort to figuring things out ourselves. The home was well decorated, very clean, and fit our group of 10 comfortably for sleeping, eating, and lounging around.

Worth every cent!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. From location to layout of the house, it was perfect for our group of 8! It was very much appreciated when the property manager allowed us access to the house early since our flight arrived at 12 and check-in wasn't until 4. She notified us around 2:30 to let us know the house was clean and ready. Thank you for that! The house is perfectly located with a 3 minute walk to either the beach access or to the main strip where all the restaurants and market are located. We will definitely inquire about the availability of this house next time we vacation in Siesta Key.

My experience was good I love the location of the house , everything was like supposed to be I just want it give a heads up to the owners , the pool temp is cold because is rounded by trees and some customers like warmer , the pool has heater but no options to heat the pool at the pool controllers , we did tried but I guess was all automatic to not be put on besides that I do recommend the place at 100 percent

Beautiful and close to EVERYTHING

This is an amazing home. The pool area is where we lived when not at the beach or in town! We were there for our daughters wedding on the beach. My only feedback would be if the house sleeps 18
.. have bath towels available for 18

.luckily there is the 2 sets of washers and dryers. We also had to go buy extra blankets for those who didn’t want to double up on the bunks but sleep on a couch. For maintenance
. No light in the bathroom in the garage/pool area
