Jamaica Royale's prime location on these dazzling white sands.. Assigned covered parking space just steps from your front door. Unit is generously equipped for your home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with a range of appliances, including a dishwasher. The spacious bedroom offers a brand comfortable King bed. A sleeper couch in the living room is also available. There's a washer/dryer for added convenience in the unit. 300-foot expanse of cool, powdery white sand beach. There are two Tiki huts to retreat to. Our property boasts two BBQ grills. With three heated pools, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The private beach area features exclusive lounge chairs for JR guests, and you can also arrange for private cabanas through the JR office.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of Siesta Key Beach. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and a patio.

Condo was clean and beautiful. Plenty of towels, etc. Easy access to the private beach which is why we stayed there. Plenty of lounge chairs available for guests to drag to where we wanted on beach. I think umbrellas available for a charge from private company on beach. Close access to trolley stops going both directions so no need for a car. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing at this beautuful unit in Jamica Royale! The home is perfect for a couple, washer and dryer was great, the decor is beautiful, the bathroom is amazing and the property is gorgeous!

Needed some plastic glasses to bring to pool area also had no cleaning products we cooked almost every morning so needed for clean up. The property manager did bring some to us. Fairly well stocked with what we needed.

The only thing that was missing was a beach umbrella. The property booklet in the unit said to go to the office for an umbrella but when we went there we were told that they don’t provide them and we would have to pay to rent one. A beach umbrella in the rental unit for use by guests would be nice to have since it was 20 a day to rent one. Other than that our stay was very nice and the condo was very nice.
