As soon as I went to check in I knew I should have cancelled the room and left. The lady working front desk was so rude and short with me like she hates her job or something. At the end of the stay we were told for a late check out we’d be charged an additional fee even tho we only need around 30 mins extra and as an ex employee I have NEVER heard of this fee being charged to rooms. We were out by noon and they still charged me the additional $ even after stating the noon check out was a grave period we wouldn’t be charged for. Never staying at this Drury again between rude racist staff members and being over charged for a subpar room I hope no one else has to go through what we did when we stayed.

We arrived very late at night to only stay for a couple hours because we couldn’t keep driving. The women working front desk was extremely nice. We were leaving in the morning before breakfast started so she made sure to go ahead and get breakfast out a little bit early for us. VERY VERY THANKFUL! Only reason why I didn’t give five stars was because there was a $50 incidental charge, card only. & that was not mentioned on the website. Also because I feel like we should’ve been offered a better rate than $122 for staying only 5 hours. I have worked front desk for two hotel franchises and I know that the rate is negotiable. I prefer to book directly through the hotel, but thankfully I was able to get it down to $106 through Expedia so I chose them.

Excellent room, excellent staff. Breakfast and dinner were great. Hot tub was not working and the pool was a bit cold, but I knew this before I reserved the room because it was on the website that the pool area was having maintenance done Cleanliness of the room was outstanding.

It was so wonderful. I really enjoyed my time there. My children enjoyed their time there. The workers was all nice and very sweet and caring and help me with so much that I need to help with. I definitely would like to come back.
