APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

4½-room apartment on 2 floors, ca. 120m2. From the main entrance on the first floor, the living/dining room, and semi-open kitchen. Living room with large fireplace and access to the small winter garden with a magnificent view of Lake Silvaplana and the Corvatsch. TV and Wi-Fi connection. Dining table for 6 people. Kitchen with oven and dishwasher, large fridge with freezer. Chicco d`Oro coffee machine.
Small shower room with shower / toilet / sink.
A marble staircase leads to the lower part of the apartment with 3 bedrooms. One double bedroom and access through the porch in the front yard. One bedroom with two separate single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath/sink. Separate small cloakroom. Two garage places. Shared ski room and washing room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Prüveda (built in 1994, Engadine style) is located on the edge of the village of Silvaplana. Cross-country ski trails lead directly from the house. There are hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The sports centre Mulets is about 5 minutes walk away, where sports such as curling, ice skating, ice hockey, tennis, strength and endurance training, sailing and surfing can be practised. In the sports centre, there is a nice restaurant and camping possibilities. The Corvatsch, winter ski resort and the starting point of many hikes in the summer, is located on the right side of the lake in the village Surlej, about 700m away. The sports bus runs in winter every half hour in all directions. Many other winter and summer sports can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away.

Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und in nur einem Schlafzimmer Leselampen am Bett.das fanden wir sehr schade,vor allem bei dem Preis... kleine Leselampen am Bett sind nicht teuer.vor allem auch am stockbett wäre es sehr wichtig,wenn z.b. ein Kind oder Erwachsener nachts aufstehen muss... Der Rausfallschutz am Stockbett oben und am Kopfende oben ist auch sehr dürftig.zum Glück hatten wir noch extra einen dabei. Wegbeschreibung: für das LOGA-Büro gibt es zwei verschiedene Hausnummern... Sehr gut fanden wir die schnelle Reaktion auf unsere Bitte um eine große Pfanne,die gefehlt hatte.zuerst haben wir zwar noch einen großen Topf bekommen aber auf erneutes Bitten eine große Pfanne. Auch konnten wir sofort einen neuen Wasserkocher im LOGA-Büro bekommen,da der vorhandene kaputt war. Beim Auspacken ist aber an dem neuen auch gleich ein Knopf abgebrochen (schlechte Qualität).aber dieser hat dann trotzdem funktioniert. Schade,dass es kein Raclettgerät gibt. Wir fahren schon seit 6Jahren in verschiedene Wohnungen im Oberengadin und hatten immer ein Raclettgerät. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gemütlich und großzügig.
