Great place to stay…. We have tried other places in the area, by far the best value, best run and managed, fantastic staff, and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend you stay here. We spend the night and catch the ferry going and coming to Victoria, BC. We make 3 to 4 trips a year.

The staff was very helpful when we interacted with them including front desk and housekeeping. The room was clean, but we expected a suite with separate bedroom. Breakfast was our biggest disappointment. It was the same menu each day. Oatmeal looks like it was preheated from previous day. Coffee creamer requires multiple pumps to get enough cream in the coffee cup. Suggest some to order omelets, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal packets with hot water. Not a fan of powdered eggs. Potatoes look like day old and reheated. The room was clean, but would have preferred a separate seating area. Thanks for your attention for future guests.

Staff was great. Derik even remembered our names the next day and had a great smile. Our Room was spacious, clean and offered great views of the Bay. Free Breakfast Buffet offered Daily and one free drink from the Bar. We had a great time during our week stay. We will definitely stay again when we return.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Very nice in appearance inside and out. The room was comfortable and clean. They offer one free drink and snack in the restaurant at night and a free breakfast. The breakfast was a full buffet and had good food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good steak done perfectly as medium rare like I requested. It seemed to have a reverse sear. Nicely flavored with garlic salt and pepper. The unlimited salad and soup is really a bonus along with the complimentary evening drink. Rooms very clean although the scent is a bit strong. Will enjoy trying others in this chain.

My room was very clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. Beds were perfectly comfortable, a/c fantastic, bathroom well-stocked and HAD A SOAKING TUB! Yay! I lived the reception I received, staff was accommodating and kind; offered special drink tickets for each of our guests, and the continental breakfast was delicious! Great variety. Even changed day today, and was well prepared and presented. We’ll done!
