Hot water, who needs it!

The room was fine (spacious and cozy beds) until bedtime when I went to the bathroom. There was no hot water in the sink. Maintenance was called the response was timely. The problem could not be fixed and because the hotel was full they could not offer another room. At least that’s what I was told.

Smokers congregating in the hallway at all hours

Our recent stay at your establishment was highly unsatisfactory due to excessive noise levels that severely disrupted our experience. Throughout our visit, individuals congregated directly outside our room, engaging in loud conversations and smoking, which created an unpleasant environment. Additionally, after 10 p.m., we were disturbed by blaring music and disruptive sounds resembling shoes being thrown against the wall. These disturbances suggest either inadequate security measures or substandard management practices. As a result, I was unable to sleep for the duration of my stay, and the ordeal has negatively impacted my health, leaving me unwell. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of oversight and the overall poor quality of service provided.

This hotel is definitely outdated, the TV is very slow in the volume doesn’t work very well. The walls can be thin when you hear people next to you or above you the bathtub is super dated. Everything functions in the beds are OK.

Reasonable

Price was reasonable for room which included parking and continental breakfast. I had looked at another hotel in the same area which cost a few dollar less than this hotel, but did not include parking or breakfast. So chose this hotel for all the noted accommodations for the price and it was comfortable and staff was friendly. Would stay here again if needed.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit hesitant, but I’m so glad I decided to give Best Western a try. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with neatly trimmed grass and vibrant flowers in full bloom. Everything was clean and well-kept. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved spending my mornings wandering the property, capturing photos of the stunning flowers. It was a truly beautiful stay, and I will definitely return!
