This second story condo had a great location for exploring the Dutch side of the island and was walkable for food and beach time. We had a beautiful view of the beach and water in front of Dinghy’s beach bar. We also had a great view of the airport and really enjoyed watching the comings and goings of the planes. Also Sunset Beach is nearby and walkable. The condo itself was clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was definitely a plus. Lisa allowed us to drop off our suitcases early and was very responsive to all our questions. Only a couple of bumps…Be aware…the exercise equipment in the bedroom is in the way and can cause stubbed toes! Also the safe does not work.

Beautiful home and great location. It was very clean. We could walk to some great restaurants and the airport beach. A grocery store was just a couple minutes away. The rooftop pool was beautiful. It’s right next to the airport, so you hear the planes, but not while sleeping. It was very cool to watch the planes come in and take off from the rooftop pool. Would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in this beautiful, spacious, 2-bedroom Beacon Hill condo with a view of Simpson Bay & steps to the ocean for 5 nights. We love the location; enjoyed watching the takeoffs and landings from the condo and nearby Maho beach. Good restaurants close by, or the French side. Just 2 of us, but easily space for 4. Needs an extra set of keys, definitely an exta door key given the locking & unlocking protocol, particularly if 2-3 couples stay here. Lock box is very tricky to work- difficult to pull down the small lever. Condo needs room darkening window treatments as outside lighting is always on. You will be seen in the oceanside bedrrom & living room at night if the lights are on. Full, retractable window coverage in the living room would be good. I would visit again.

We stayed in the Villa for a week in July 2025. The location was perfect as it was minutes from the airport and steps from the beach. The villa was beautiful and as described. There is plenty to do or you can just relax. The villa had enough space for us and plenty of cooking and cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer was great to have. The beach was private and you use steps to get to it. The pool was also amazing. There is gym equipment by the pool and in the master. I would definitely return.

Beautiful Stay

Lisa was a dream to communicate with. The property has stunning views of the water and of the departing planes. The breeze keeps the patio pleasantly cool even in the heat of day. Plenty of beach bars within walking distance and easy cab rides elsewhere. We loved it!

Great Condo - Great Location

My friends were overwhelmed when we say how beautiful the apartment was. It overlooked Simpson Bay which and the patio allowed us to watch the sunrise behind the beautiful landscape. We were a 5-10 minute walk from Maho beach and the entertainment area. We also spend 3 of our nights walking down Simpson Bay beach to the entertainment strip on the other end of the beach which took us about 1 hour to walk each way. Allowed us to have fun without needing a ride. It was easy to stay away from the traffic and escape to the French side of the island. Upon arrival the sink was broken which was made aware to us ahead of time. It did take a couple days to fix as it was hard for us to communicate without being on wifi. This was inconvenient but the host made sure to get it fixed as fast as they could - which they did.I was concerned about the noise of the planes near the airport but it was not a problem whatsoever, especially after 5pm as no planes were taking off after that time. We loved watching the planes take off and land from the rooftop pool. We were amazed by this place and have already agreed that we will definitely stay here again if we come back. Thanks for the great place!

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful. The bed is heavenly. The rooftop pool is fabulous, especially if you love watching the planes take off and land. If this is your first time in SXM, just know that this location on the island is right beside the airport. The jets are loud. Bring earplugs to sleep. If you want absolute peace and quiet, this part of the island probably isn’t the best for that. The kitchen is well appointed. They do provide one beach towel but it’s not very think so if we go back we would bring our own. The water pressure is excellent and the bathrooms are beautiful. The place looks exactly like the pictures and we had a great visit.

Spectacular

This is a must visit property. Location is excellent and the unit is very large and modern. Rooftop pool is ideal for watching the flights come in over the famous Maho beach! Owner is super receptive and helpful. We will absolutely stay agin on our next visit.
