The room was nice however, the A/C was not working, we was next to the lift which caused plenty of noise. The hotel staff did not put a baby cot in the room as requested months prior. Also my partner, baby and I was asleep when 2 maintenance guys came in and open the room door without knocking. It was upsetting

Very nice room. The staff were friendly. Good shuttle service. Lots of entertainment available, and lots of restaurants to choose from. It's just one bus away from Phillipsburg. I really had a good time and I will return to this resort.

Rooms are nicely appointed, but definitely would benefit by having some of the basic food amenities, like coffee, tea. We stayed in A building which has a pool right outside your door. Greenery and plantation was wonderful, but road ways are horrible, poorly maintained or not maintained at all. Beaches are nice and best of all, the chairs and palapas must be reserved through staff. If they are not used for 1 hour, stuff is removed. So noone can run to the beach at 6am, cover a chair with a towel then leave.

Nice, clean, air conditioned rooms with working windows and sliders. Bathroom and kitchen well stocked. House keeping service was excellent. Pools and landscaping beautiful. Towel service. Lots of food choices. I enjoyed the resort very much.

the room was smelling bet like sewage not agreeable. and the lady at the front desk was not nice at toll. she even can't explain. to us where the room was located.. we book by Expedia the same nicht .and i will never book true Expedia again. because they lying to us about the price. first they give a offer 130 $ than they and op charging $150+ and when we check the room it was not wat we expect atoll. With sewage smell. So we decide to cancel but the platform was not allow us to cancel so we find this a Rip off. and we dint stay there we go to the next door hotel witch was the Hilton flamingo. ho really provide to us wat we was looking for a nice room with a good odor and room very easy to find. . so we stay there for the rest of or vacation

I had a 7 night stay at this resort when I get there I realize my ac wasn’t working as it should and without the ceiling fan the room wouldn’t cold I report this issues they say they will get it fix nxt day I see it was leaking in the closet area I report it again on the third night I called the front desk n I told them I’m really hot here n it’s not working I didn’t want to move because I had a early trip to Anguilla n would be no til later in the night. I wanted a good night sleep so they offer an additional fan then I change my mind n tel her to move me she found 2 room my husband went and check them out I pack all our stuff n ready to move then I got a called saying no to take everything as they only moving me for the night I was upset n I say at this point I wanna sleep when I get bk I will deal with the moving again I asked y would we have to move again she say because the room was in a different part and was a bigger room I said ok. The following day my husband got a call on his wats app n they apologized for the inconvenience and say they will let us stay in the room they move us to ( upgraded stay) apart from tht the front desk staff n everyone was so warm n friendly i would definitely stay again on my nxt visit to st martin
