This resort is amazing!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here the staff was so friendly and helpful! The valet guy Raki is the best, every single day he greeted us with a smile and a wealth of information for where to go. The room is spacious and the VIEW!! Our view of the ocean was top tier. The bed was firm but it was comfortable the room was kept clean and the resort is very clean. I highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Customer service on this property was amazing. From the supervisor at the front desk to Gabriela P in the pool area. The food was great at Salt restaurant but i enjoyed breakfast at Tortuga (walking distance from hotel) as the coffee, views and prices were better. We also forgot a kindle in our room and they contacted us to let us know and to arrange getting it back. I would definitely come back here again.
