The hotel is lovely but some improvements are required.
Improvements: The check in and out was painful and disorganized. Long lines with limited staff working, 3x to be exact. The check in and out lines were funnelled into the same line. So it took longer to check out as you were stuck with the people checking in that had way more paper work to fill in.
Check out should be quick and efficient as people have planes to catch.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and would barely say hi unless encouraged. Other hotels we went to the staff was enthusiastic and welcoming which helps the process.
The room above us were ridiculously loud and partied till 5am! Where was security regulating the hotel? This group ruined the stay for many other groups!
The pool needs more filtering as lots of stuff floating around in the water which was not appealing.
The positives: rooms were large and spacious. The views are fantastic. Majority of the staff were very nice around the resort.
I would look for another hotel before staying here again being an average resort with a disappointing stay.
