Good location within walking distance of Robertson's Quay and Clarke Quay. Easy stroll to Tiang Bathru road market and bakery. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The pool was good to relax in after getting back to the hotel. Overall I'd recommend the Furama riverfront.

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and our room 1029) was 2 stars, at best. Peeling paint and water damage in the bathroom, the tv didn’t work and took over an hour to fix, the smallest window I’ve ever seen in a hotel room, a bed you could feel every spring in, scratched furniture, shoddy workmanship around the bathroom door and handle. We can really been looking forward to a nice room after a lot of travel and we’re very disappointed. I let them know at checkout and they basically suggested that it was our fault for not asking for a different room. A check in I had asked for a different room on a lower floor and had already been told there weren’t any. It felt very dismissive of the staff. I can’t say if all the hotel rooms are like this, but ours was and I would never stay there again.
