Staff helpful and friendly got an earlier check in and breakfast after a long flight for an extra cost Great room with a comfortable bed, blind in shower a bit tricky as needed it down for privacy on toilet Hotel very close for shopping at Orchard Road but not to close to Marina bay, underground transport easy to use with a visitor card

Professional and super helpful staff. Easy check in. Clean, spacious and well appointed room. Bathroom shower was strong and hot. It also has a bathtub which I didn’t use. Comfortable bed and many choices of pillows! Courtesy late check out (based on availability) as I had an evening flight. Shower provided after check out while I waited before going to the airport. 24 hour lounge access with light refreshments. I will come back to Quincy Hotel when I next visit Singapore!!

Problem is the cleaning schedule of the room. I stayed there Nov 2nd to 6th, the room wasn’t cleaned by 4pm. This time round, at 5pm, the room was not cleaned yet and we had to call for the housekeeping service. It’s inconvenient as after a day, we wanted to rest oor get ready.

“I loved the ice cream I received from the receptionist on arrival, just what I needed after a long flight! The staff were all super friendly and helpful (thanks again for the book recommendation!). The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was lovely, and it was great to have free drinks (soft drinks, coffee, and tea) available throughout the day.

My stay started off amazing with the friendliness of the staff upon checking in. It was seamless and when they said, “if you need anything” they meant it. Every time I came through the lobby I was greeted and treated in a welcoming manner! The room was perfectly cooled for how steamy it was outdoors. The bed comfy and water pressure was amazing. Only thing I’d change is the room needing hand/wash cloths. Overall will stay here again once I can make it back!

The hotel team (all levels) are great and always have been the many times I have stayed at the Quincy Singapore Always my hotels when I am in Singapore Truly, the entire front desk staff is amazing.
