非常糟糕的經驗

第一次在Hotels.com訂房後，飯店自行將我的訂房換到其他地點。還不只我一人。我到飯店時，現場有40多位學校的師生與家長，在那裏爭吵，大家設法搭計程車離開飯店。到達它們安排的飯店後，無法自行進入，問他們它們也不懂，最後是由一群印度旅客協助。它們也是被趕來這裡的，跟我的狀況一樣。
