The first half of our stay was a disaster due to shower faucets not working or maintained. This was an obvious sign of property neglect that we noticed immediately. The handles came off in our hands the first time we took a shower.
It was three days before we were able to shower in a vrbo we paid for! Fuller Homes would not reimburse us for this massive inconvenience, instead said we could transfer to a unit that was half the size and price with no compensation. This was not feasible for our large family. So, we had to pack up everyday and go five minutes away to shower.
Upon entering the unit there was a strong body odor and old smell. We needed to move the rug to open the fold out couch (which was dirty) and the floor was disgusting. Dirt and sand all over. It was not fun having to clean before we moved in for the week.
We handled the cleaning part, but the lack of customer concern, service and respect through Fuller Homes made us seem like the bad guys . The shower issue was a true sign of neglect on their part and we had to suffer through it on our vacation.
On a positive note, we have never been around such a group of nice people than those that lived in that complex.
Please think twice before renting any property through Fuller Homes. They will not take care of you, they will only throw half ass accommodations at you to cover up their neglected properties.
