The pool is pretty small. The hot tub was out of order during our stay. The beds were hard and there were burn marks I. The comforter.

The room was clean. I just was disappointed that there’s no notice that there’s $100 fee even if you paid in advance that you have to put a card on file which I understand but it was not mentioned anywhere so I get there and they’re trying to charge $100 to my card. The breakfast was very much undesirable. There was muffins and make your own waffle and cereal and bagels and toast. There was no meat. There was no eggs there was no fruits. There was nothing else. It just left a lot to be desired, but I guess you get what you pay for so even though there is a breakfast included if you are at all Gluten-free or gluten intolerant, you can’t have anything.. the stairs on the carpet were ripped up, and the beds were not comfortable at all. Very springy very hard and harsh on the back and very stiff.

Our bed broke in the middle of the night. We asked for another room and was told there wasn’t another room available. They left pieces of wood all over the floor and the bed after removing our broken frame so we slept with the box spring and mattress on the floor. The air conditioning didn’t work well and it was cooler in the hallway than in our room. The hallway we were in smelled of marijuana. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot. When we asked for a refund we were told the manager would be in in a few minutes, then were told he wasn’t available today because of weekend hours. I was given a card to call the manager and was told that he has to investigate and will then make a decision on whether we get a refund or not. Also when I asked for a refund I was told we didn’t ask for another room and we didn’t ask for a refund when the bed broke. We did ask for a different room.

Crack heads up all night running down the hall, slamming doors and yelling. The hallway smelled like weed the entire time. You could hear everything going on in the hallway. Customers should be put in rooms away from the crack heads that stay there.
