Weekend trip to Sioux Falls

The room was very nice. We liked the suite. Bathroom was a little cramped and the mattress on the bed left something to be desired. The hot tub and pool were good. And the choices for the breakfast were great.

We liked the location. It was very convenient for what we planned to do. Reasonable rates too. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable though and bathroom was pretty small.

Check in area was not manned upon arrival. After a 10-15 minute wait we were greeted and checked in. We were told we would recieve the upgrade due to Bonvoy status and were booked in a handicap room that did not have the basic suite layout we were expecting from Fairfield Inn and Suites

Fine hotel. But ask if there's a large group.

Room was good enough. Comfortable and clean. But there was a youth hockey team taking up many of the rooms in the hotel and the kids were incredibly obnoxious, with seemingly zero supervision. Running and screaming through the hallways til almost midnight. Calls to the front desk accomplished nothing to remedy this.
