The property was clean & has new appliances. The lower rating was highly influenced by a worthless lock, & extremely poor check-in. Owner was prompt in calling for wi-fi reset, which did not work on check-inCould not find check-in time, did not get owner contact prior to move in, was given wrong lock combo but was able to get in with the wrong number, 1st time entering, but 2nd round of testing it... very frustrating!I came home at least 3 times to find the door unlocked, & hit lock button each time before leaving.I don't like dealing with problems, & if there are problems a direct # should be offered. If you don't have Google set up on your phone, it's difficult working with this site, since they send the code via google code, not a simple text.Would highly recommend leaving a # prior to check-in, replacing lock, & giving proper lock combo time of checkin. Feel I paid too much given the major issues at the home.
