The apartment, located on the second floor without elevator, welcomes guests with the living room, double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the balcony equipped with outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, large closet and overlooking the surrounding vineyards. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
*The residence hall pool is seasonal and can be used from June to September. Use of a swimming cap may be required.

“The Pearl of the Garda” is how the wonderful town of Sirmione is nicknamed. Starting from the historic city walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Dock. Next to the Castle begins the scenic road that runs along Lake Garda, offering truly unforgettable views. For bike enthusiasts, it is possible to join the itinerary to discover the Lugana Wine by pedaling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of an evocative park, the spa offers everything you need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulfurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a residence that hosts events of the musical genre, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica Beach.
