Les appartements proposĂ©s ne sont pas tous Ă©quivalents mĂȘme s’ils sont au mĂȘme prix. Celui qui nous Ă©tait destinĂ© avait un sĂ©jour sombre comme une cave, avec lumiĂšre Ă©lectrique obligatoire toute la journĂ©e. DĂ©primant..avec vue sur une courette loin d’ĂȘtre aussi bien amĂ©nagĂ©e que sur les photos du site. AprĂšs une discussion serrĂ©e avec la propriĂ©taire, ns avons obtenu un autre appartement, Ă  l’étage cette fois-ci, donc bcp plus clair. Mais seulement pour 3 nuits ( ns en avions rĂ©servĂ© 4), nous avons donc perdu une nuit.. Ns n’avons pas aimĂ© non plus la camĂ©ra de surveillance braquĂ©e sur la façade , donc sur notre porte et notre balcon, cela n’est pas agrĂ©able du tout.

Wonderful place for a quiet holiday

Excellent property, spotlessly clean and well maintained and designed. Kapi was away but his father Yiannis was extremely helpful, including meetings us in Sitia at 01:15 in the morning to lead us to the accommodation. It is around 15 years since we've been in Palekastro and Kouremenos. It has changed very little in that time - quiet Cretan charm.

Good base in a quiet corner of Crete

A nice cottage, well equipped but bed far too hard. Very friendly welcome, wine in fridge and olive oil easy walk to the village and beach, good for a quiet get away.

perfect retreat

Fantastic,we had a lovely welcome from Kapi who showed us round this wonderful open plan apartment.He had out water, a bottle of white wine from Sitia in the fridge so we could toast the new year. There was a bowl of oranges and satsumas from his orchard on the table.the kitchen looked like a French kitchen with its cream table and chairs and navy blue tiles. A marble staircase went up to the bedroom which was very spacious, it had a balcony which had lovely views over the Olive groves and the sea.
